they are calling me now - apparently it is a Home Reno company in Mississauga or St Cathrines.  I called and asked them to take me off their list.  Seemed to have worked.

I have received 4 more calls from this company asking if they could give me a quote on replacing my windows.  3 times I told them you called here 2 weeks ago and as I said than I don't need any windows replaced.  This last time, I told him the same thing and asked to be taken off there call list, fingers crossed I don't receive another phone call.

Contact them and COMPLAIN!! Or better google "National Home Crafters" go to all their web sites and put in bad reviews.

They called here like 5 times this week .. they say "HELLO" and then hang up.

Just filed complaint with the CRTC and emailed the company. I already asked Mr. D-Bag telemarketer to remove me from their call list as I am on the DNC & have an unlisted number as well. A lot of good that did! Never had this much harassment from telemarketers until I had a landline put in....time to revert back to my old ways and tell Rogers to take a hike.

I understand everyone's complaint since I also have been called by this company and they never leave a message.  However, you are all able to place your phone number on the national DO NOT CALL LIST.  By doing this, no one is able to call without your consent.  If they call you and you report it to the national DO NOT CALL LIST they will be fined up to $10 000 per phone call.  Without registering your phone number this way..you have no leg to stand on since you are essentially giving companies permission to call you (simply by not taking the action to prevent it).

If the caller is not family, or a number you are familiar with, DO NOT ANSWER IT. If you are working shift, and are sleeping during the daytime, TURN OFF THE RINGER.  If they do not leave a message, IGNORE THAT CALL. You might want to think about calling BELL and cancel the telephone service to your home, and go with a good pay as you go cell service, such as Virgin Mobile. I did. Maybe if a big outfit like Bell lost enough customers and money, they would be able to swing a big enough stick to influence the business policy makers in government to make it a lot tougher for these idiots to operate and be the public nuisance that they really are. But first...STOP COMMUNICATING WITH THEM!!! The choice is yours folks. Take control. If these idiot companies were to lose enough money from people tuning them out, they will soon cease to exist.

Is there any way of stopping these calls.  I work the night shift and since I have an ill family member out of town, when it rings long distance I always check the phone.  Today they have called 4 times and I have had exactly 1 hr sleep.

I have received two calls today from them.  They don't leave a message.  I wish there was a way of stopping this.  When the phone rings, I often can't find a portable phone so I run to the wall phone.  Then I get there and see a company like Landmark has called.  It is so frustrating!!

Ha ha ha.  I just a call from them, and happened to be expecting a friend to call at the same time...I answered the phone "house of pizza".......and then when the fellow said it was a wrong number, I backtracked (have been sending out resumes), but he wouldn't continue the conversation.  I just googled the number, and found the same information as above.  I suspect that they won't be calling me again.   ha haha.

I received a call from "Landmark" earlier today (about an hour ago). It rang around 5 times then stopped (just before the answering machine cut in).

They didn't leave a message and I thought at first it was my brother or something (since he lives near Toronto and his area code is 905) but we will see if they call back tomorrow.

I get calls from this "landmark" once in a while.  Sounds like a scam.  I let it ring and ring and ring.  Thank goodness for call display.  If it's urgent, they'll leave a message.

This number comes up repeatedly as "LANDMARK", and calls regularly.  Seems like an idiotic way to market legitimate renos.  I have left them a message to NOT call back- ever - but reading this blog, that may have been useless...time will tell.  I can't see how this approach will bring the company - whoever they are - anything but BAD reviews.

They keep calling us, even though we told them they have the wrong number. They are calling for someone else so stop calling us.

they called me last night just after 7pm and woke up my 4 month old daughter which took me almost an hour to put her back to bed after she screamed bloody murder for the entire hour.  I would like for somebody to give them a face punch if after reading this blog and they don't have anything to say. I think phone companies should do more for the customers about these random phone calls that lead to nothing.  WTF are we paying them all this money for each month if they can't keep our numbers off calling lists and being harassed by telemarketers.  Class action sounds reasonbable to me.

They called 4x one week, and 7 the next. I was never available to answer, so I called the number back. I can never get a LIVE person on the line when I call...they say "leave a message" so I left 2. stating my phone number and name and to NEVER call us again, and to put our number on the DO NOT CALL LIST....well, it did jack squat. The number called again that day, and has called 5 times since.

I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!  I wanna sue, I am thinking class action lawsuit here??

It googles back to these clowns. I have called and left them a message to stop pestering me.
Maybe doing the same thing by everyone..here might get them to rethink their advertising policy.
Even if I owned a home, these guys would be the last people on earth that I would call.
If you have to call across the province to unknown people for jobs, then you are lousy at what you do.

They call seveal times a day and have been calling for almost 2 weeks now. I never pick up.

Thy Keep calling and upsetting me! They never leave a message. I would like to like to force the caller to receive unwanted phone calls.

i did a reverse 411 and the phone number is registered to National Home Crafters. Apparently they do renovations..

This company keeps calling!! They never leave a message and I always hang up on them because I really could not give less of a damn what they're selling...has been known to call as late as 9pm and on weekends...
