They've been calling here.  I keep letting it go to voice mail. They don't leave one, so I guess it's not important.  So, I don't care.

You must sign up to the DO NOT CALL LIST, and actively file your complaints. They need the filed complaints to be able to start action and charge these guys.

If I could reach through the phone line I'd pound someone into next week! I'm disabled and it takes a lot for me to get to the phone, what's the point of a do not call list if anyone can just do what they want! I've answered the phone now 3 times and told them to never call back and today they've called me 5 times! There has to be a way to stop them!

Nation HS says that they have now removed me off of all marketing calls.  Let's see if this is true.

This number called me twice today (905-694-6588).  I usually don't answer numbers that I don't recognize, but I was expecting a delivery today so I answered the phone.  Lucky me...it was a pushy Sales Guy saying that he is from National Home Service.
I do have a water heater with them. (Starting to regret it now).  

Well..he started into his Sales Pitch...blah blah blah...  He did state my Home Address, but after his long winded pitch, he says he wants to send me information.  What really alarmed me was that he was asking for personal information now.  Conversation ended there her; I told him that if he wants to send me info, he does not need me to provide my personal details.  

Seriously, with the amount of fraud happening, I suggest everyone out there to be very cautious.

I am now on the phone with National HS.  I am going to request to have myself removed from their marketing communications.

If I needed a hot water heater, I would buy one. Rental? What a crock of male cow bowel matter. You sound more like a shill trying to pawn off the product!

The man was so rude. Harassing us. Talked to my husband and then talked to me. Wanting us to get a program for $15.99 for a furnace protection plan that he says is deducted from our monthly bill and I said I'm not interested as I have a plan with Direct Energy. He wont stop ranting and he was very forceful and I even told him that I didn't like the way he was speaking to me. Very obnoxious and he wont stop talking. I just said thank you and hung up. They call here everyday for like 5x a day. we need to report this to Better Business Bureau.

Just keep answering until you talk to someone. I guess I got lucky, they called once - I picked up, they answered. They knew me by my address only. They happen to be my hot water tank provider and I am happy with them... They are now calling to upgrade my thermostat to a "smart" thermostat. The features are interesting and they are convincing (of course), they guarantee that you will not lose $ on their new program as they accrue the difference between savings and the cost of the program and will pay you the difference at end of year. Not sure how they calculate savings though (this is my only concern here).... I have made an appt for installation of new thermostat and well, we'll see. It's a month to month agreement and they will refund within 30 days if I change my mind.

The number make me crazy!

They call my house a couple times a day also and it is extremely irritating! Thankfully my home phone has the option to block the number which I just discovered. I went on their website and located an email address cs@justenergy.com which I will be sending a email to. If that doesn't work then I will be taking it further and contacting the ombudsman.

Called head office 905-629-7190 Tiger Tel to have my phone number removed from their list . They have two lists : one for the actual company they contract to and their own tiger tel list. Must request removal from both lists.

Guys, I have a useful solution.  Instead of letting a telemarketer waste your time try this next time.

Give then a false name and excitedly accept their offer what ever service they are selling.
Obviously, don't give any CC info or agree to make payment until work is completed.
Book the most inconvenient time possible for the poor shlep who has to show up.  So late Friday night, early Saturday morning or late Saturday afternoon.
When the guys show up say he has the wrong address... nobody by that name here.
After a few times the installer will freak on the telemarketing office and they will get fired.

Calling me about an address that is a house, I live in an apartment. My phone number has never been attached to the address they are inquiring about! Stupid people!
