I said I was on the DNC...he made all kinds of excuses why he was able to call me.   He went as far as to say the government sold them my name on their list.  Had the idiot spinning in circles and promising he would remove my name.  I think it was a guy...he was quite sure I was a sir, until I informed him "I'm not a sir, bi***".   would not give his name or number...I don't have caller ID :(.

DTh foods or whatever they  call themselves this week, done the research  and got the answer to all who bothered by this company for any of the many reasons one would be.

Agree to a sales meeting and find something else to do, if you want have them come over repeatedly and don't answer the door, answer the door half drunk and half dressed tell them your sick or are simply a house guest and not the resident, then call them to come back next week , set up appointments at someone else's house as well.

some times just call them tie up there lines with b.s. and false leads.
I think we all have some nasty tricks for these bottom feeders, I would lik to here of some more

Just wanted to let you all know  - reporting them does actually do something! Check this out: http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2011/2011-305.htm. It's a decision from the CRTC. They are fining DTH $10 000. DTH is claiming poverty and that this fine will cause them to close. This is nonsense. I used to work for this company. They have a history of closing down and then re-opening under a different name when they get into trouble. They did that when I worked there in the late 1990s. Anyways, I just wanted to let everyone know. Good luck.

They called at 9 PM woke my 10 month old son up, they are a stupid telemarketing service for Delivering groceries out of Hamilton ontario. I am going to report them because it is illegal to call after 7PM and I am on the DO NOT CALL list of ontario

Do not wish to receive calls of this nature. It's bad enough that I am on the NO CALL list and
I have has no dealings with this company so they have no right to call me.

I worked for this company many years ago. At the time they operated under the names Ontario Provisioners and 310grocery. The reason you are getting phone calls from this company even when you are on the DNC list is because they use the phonebook to get your phone number and they don't pay attention to the DNC list at all. And yes, using the phonebook for the purposes of telemarketing is illegal. It says that in the first few pages of the phonebook.

Calls my house every single day. Very annoying! Tried calling the number back a few times and it just rings and rings! I am also on the Do Not Call List! Grr

yeah...got a call from someone or something...the name above the phone number was DTH. I was not home for the pleasure of conversing with an unwanted caller and I'm on the do not call list!!!!!!!!!

Got a call tonight at 6:50pm.  I answered the call said hello a few times and the call did not connect.  This seems to happen a lot to us.  Not sure if it's Talkbroadband that causes the issue but if it is, I'm happy!

We keep getting calls from this so called company and it's becoming quite a nuisance. now I have to tell my kids not to answer the phone til we see if it's them. This is crazy!!

Got called last week, contacted them via their web site's contact form, informing that they were in violation of the National Do Not Call Registry as I am on the Registry. Warned them that should I receive another call that I would report them to the CRTC / Registry. I just got a call 1/2 hour ago. Just finished sending my report to the registry, and included a link to this page as part of my report. I hope after the Registry People review this page, they will take strong action against this company.

For those who continue to get calls, please feel free to pester them back via their contact form. I don't think it will do much good, but at least you can let them know that they've been reported to the CRTC. (Of course, I wouldn't bother including your phone number on the form as they will probably just call you back again, and again, and AGAIN).

Calling last 2 nights at 8:30 pm I am on the DNC list. They do not answer hang on line then disconnect

Called @ 8:05 pm and asked if I received the free coupons. As I did not know what they were talking about I told him I could not understand him and to stop calling me. I am on the DNC list and am wondering why I still get all these calls.

Called me last night and when I said I'm on the DNC list she said, "Oh we'll remove you from your list."  She was less pleasant when I told her I had to report the company for calling people on the list.

I just got a call; I said hello a couple of times and then finally a girl giggled and asked for me by my last name.  I hesitantly said "speaking" and then she laughed some more while asking if she pronounced my name correctly.  I said "No" and then she hung up on me...classy

Called tonight... answered .. no one on the line .. I don't live anywhere near Hamilton.. Blocked number in my phone.. logged complaint with government ...

They called to ask if we got the coupons for free steaks in the mail... when i told him no, he asked if i still live in Simcoe (which is not where i live) and i said yes... he then said, ohhh sorry about that, we are having trouble getting the coupons to people out there for some reason,, but anyways, i'm calling to tell you about our offer on steaks and other groceries, he then wanted to know how many people live in my house, and i just randomly told him 2  and he said we wouldn't benefit and then hung up.... but that number calls my house at least once a day and has for the past 4 weeks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Direct To Home (tel # 905-777-8110) has been calling me every night at 8:30 for the past month.  I am about to call the police for harassment phone calls.

This number called our house as well. Said "I am calling to see if you recieved the free weeks worth of grocery coupons we sent you" I said no, and we would like to be taken off your calling list. He said lets see what I can do.. and hung up on me.
I called the number back.. somebody answered and didnt say anything, then every time I called back it would just ring and ring and ring..

I thought telemarketing is illegal in Ontario.  When are these organizations going to get it?
