I am getting a LARGE number of calls from 'rbc unavailable"; 3 within the last hour. There is no one there when answered; no message when unanswered. What is going on and how can I get it to stop?

If you want RBC to stop calling you.. call their Customer Service Line and ask them to change your customer preferences to DO NOT CALL for any reason. They will look up your profile and make the adjustments to put you on their DO NOT CONTACT list. This should solve your problem. It solved mine.

It is RBC Auto and Home insurance. I had requested a quote online for auto insurance.

After sending the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) a strong email note NOT to call me anymore and not even to call to apologize for bothering me, they call again - total morons and jack***es. Their outgoing number is different from their inbound contact number, probably to conceal identity - since the call display shows "UNAVAILABLE" for a name, but the number clearly shows as 905-816-5400
