I had a call tonight by 1855358535x. I call back andhad a British answer in machine tell me there is a 2 minute wait then was passed to another answering machine of a guy named Amid  Agamel sp?  And wanted me to leave a message. Never owed anything to anyone. My ex signed my name on a store card back in 1992 but it took a letter from a lawyer to stop harassing me.

Some of us who do not drink, take drugs, etc., but cannot pay our bills due to various situations don't have it so good.
Those of us on disability pensions in Ontario who simply cannot gain employment are more so affected.

Claimed to be a manager of some sort. Impossible....a manager would have at least some type of training.
This company is indeed a joke and I can say that there is at least one guy there who should be working for a genuine

Otherwise, ignore most of what comes at you from this company. More important...refuse ANY further dealings with any outfit that HIRES this company. That's where the slime is slickest.

It may or may not be calling from the states,  a lot of these bad actors spoof numbers!  Do file complaints with your government offices & DNC, and ours as well! YOu can probably contact the state AG for the state the number called out of..

I keep getting calls from this number 1-855-282-5582 showing from ( United States). Partners in Credit are very rude dont identify themselves and what the company is .I have told them numerous times that no Stephanie Williams live here. So they being rude to me I responded back RUDE yelling and swearing at them.I told them do i sound like a women, if not check out the difference between a man and women and to check out themselves. If this calling continues that I would write a letter to the Better Business Brueau on their non professionalism and the harassing calls that i get. I finally hung up on them after telling them to F.... off and kiss my a**.

I just got a call from them - they kept asking for personal information like middle names or birth date - which I stated I wouldn't give over the phone. They said if I called rogers or bell I'd give that - I said if I called them that was a different thing - they were calling me - he kept insisting that I give out personal information - I wouldn't and said if whoever felt I owed them money (I have no idea who it might be) wanted it, they could contact me directly.  Seriously - who calls and expects personal info over the phone?  If you seriously think I owe you money - you get me that info - you don't say - give me your middle name before I tell you how much you owe... - now THERE's an incentive... - I don't even tell that to people I like.....

some guy named "mr doon" dropped of a unprofessional handwritten letter to my mailbox and didn't even use last names of the people who is looking for it just stated call at the this # i called it is Partners in Credit i have no idea why they would drop this kind of letter like that but based on the unprofessional manner i will not be contacting them it seems too sketchy

I just spoke to their manager Antonio and told him about the harassment. There are two guys named Brian Sing and Josh. They called my home every day any time. There are very rude have no manners. Asked for my date of birth and when I asked why..they said its confidential. Funny you asked for my personal information which you should not and when I asked why? you said ..blah blah blah. You know what, both of you guys are a big fat IDIOT. No brain. Zero talented. USELESS, GOOD FOR NOTHING, HOBO, DUM DUM, PIG...WORST THAN ANYTHING..

Caller 1-855-483-0973 left msg on mashine in a "computer voice" referring to a Company not even personal ( but called personal phone number). I am so glad i read this first. Sound like a big scam and it is a big SCAM. And thanks Get Even for all the number posted .

I had a couple of voicemails from this number, and when I read all of this I was really worried about calling them back.  I'm glad I did though, because it turned out to be just an outstanding Hydro bill from my last address.  The person I spoke to was very polite, did not threaten me and suggested I contact Toronto Hydro directly before making any payments.  I didn't know I had anything outstanding; I'm glad they told me so it won't affect my credit.

i always got a call from these peoples and every time they call its from some 1 8hundred number and when i answered they like im calling to speak to Brandon which is the name that i go buy but they didnt t mention why they calling or anything and they ask to  verify my name and address and i look back into my caller id they do not show up i dont get it??

I owed 2300 and guess what I argued my way. Now only have to pay 1000. So everyone argue your way say no i'll pay YOU 1300 and they will keep coming back not acceptable be firm and say FINE i'll pay you 1000 no more and no less. They are a collection agency so fight your way you have rights even if you have to yell and swear at them DO IT!!! They buy your debts for so little of money.. They DON'T need all the interest they made money off of you no matter if you bring it down to HALF... AND if you make a payment plan with them KEEP IT or then for sure you will have to pay it all back.. WE ALL aren't perfect we ALL have debts so hope this works for you...This customer got her way!!!!

I am so relieved to know that this nasty Vincent is a fraud and that is it...he is quite a piece of work...even sent so far as to insinuate that a family member was saying I was this "fictitious person" who owed money. He is obviously an actor who has nothing better to do than bother people. The call from him was from the number 1-855-483-0976.  What a way to mess with people's heads. Not fun. I am de-listing my number.

I received a message on my voicemail asking that someone I know, but have have never live with, return a call that is important and sensitive. The person they asked for is not a person I am currently  friendly with so I returned the call at the number provided  855-282-5580 to let them know this individual does not and has never lived with my phone number and that I did not have a forwarding number. The woman I spoke with was not rude but let me know the person they were phoning for had me listed as a "sister" - when she is not a relative and that she had my address and phone number listed as this persons contact info. When I asked which address they had listed for me I was put on a quick hold and then they gave me my street address (no civic number) - which is listed in the phone book and then asked if a certain occupation is my profession - they googled wrong I guess, the company they suggested I owned is owned by an individual with my same name in my city... who knows if this is real or if a former friend has been sent to collections and our former friendship has somehow been linked to find her.... who knows, all I know is that I'm not interested in receiving another phone call at my home address for someone I no longer know.

Boneheads from Partners in Credit calling me stating I owe for outstanding Ontario student loans from 11 years ago,.  I paid off my student loand and have all the documents to prve it.  Jerk won;t listen and continue to call etc etc.  I hope they take me to court because I have been recording all thier phone calls as well.  Threats such as asking me if I would be at home later (send someone to my door), misrepresenting themselves bu not properly stating who they work for or giving false information, failing to notify me that the conversation is being recorded until the end of our conversation.....  Know your right when dealing with these leeches.

I am happy to report the correct information for this individual's company is indeed a collection agency, they are currently under investigation for violation of code of ethics and the individual Jeff is being separately investigated for fraud including an attempt to divert funds for personal gain. The company he is employed with is PARTNERS IN CREDIT and their legitimate mailing address is 9225 Leslie Street, Richmond Hill, Ontario L4B 3H6. If you are victim of this individual named Jeff or are receiving inappropriate harassing phone calls to your home or office from one of their representatives you can send a fax letter attn to the president/ceo of the company to 1-905-886-5784 requesting to be contacted ONLY in writing and/or request a copy of written confirmation of the dept owing and provide a 5-7 calendar day deadline for a reply from the company, or a formal complaint will be made. This complaint can be followed through by contacting Service Ontario and submitting a formal complaint to the Consumer Protection Agency regarding a this particular collection agency. ...Don't become a victim empower yourself with knowledge~

Yes, a Jeff, not sure if Walton is the correct last name though. The address for this joker's office (collection agency/recovery company) is in Thornhill, Ontario on Colbourne Street in an office building I am guessing 4 but I am not sure of the suite number yet. This individual is possibly working for cb worldwide inc or global credit or a division of one of these recovery agencies. The person who casually calls himself Jeff is more than rude, more along the lines of arrogant and cocky that he is a recovery rep and proud of the chosen method of aggressiveness he uses to attempt a reply & a promise to pay. I will post more information as the investigation continues to identify the exact company and a photo of the building will be provided soon along with a photo of this Jeff character entering the building or exiting. He will need some coaching from a proper team lead/superior on effective communication or will need to be terminated permanently if the individual is too narrow minded and unable to be re-trained due to mental defect. To all those receiving the inappropriate type of collection calls from him, try to ignore for now and  keep updated of this website in the next couple of weeks for an update. Who knows Jeff may not be around much longer to torment the innocent on the receiving end, whom he never bother to confirm if he has the right phone number, pity....

Geoff (jeff) isn't his name at all.  It's NORM.  I read this on another site similar to this one.  IF THIS GUY CALLS YOU, REMIND HIM WHO HE REALLY IS.  This collection agency plays so many games to mislead you.  Not even sure it's legal.  I'm going to talk to a lawyer at legal aid and see.

I received a call from "Jeff" calling from a private number saying he was an old buddy of mine in Ontario. He used my first name which was his mistake because I never use my first name, nor do any of my friends. I played dumb and he gave me the 905.886.3084 number and then proceeded to pretend his phone was breaking up - but he was calling from a land line - and rudely hung up.
