HI have received at least one and often times up to five or more phone calls per date from this telephone number.
If I decide to answer - I simply greet the caller with a friendly salutation... and immediately the caller hangs up... But does not stop calling.

Yes I did work for arise. Taking calls for Rogers through arise. Weird

just received this call? if it is from canadian tire credit card or whatever, i do not go there since last year and usually my mom buy things from there. how do they know my #, it doesn't make any sense. i won't pick up any unknown #s.

Calling all the time and all hours

It was Canadian Tire about a big credit card purchase
we recently made,(to verify), This seems to be genuine verification
that obviously they do not identify as often people might avoid picking up
if they owe money. Similarly they don't leave a message.

this number has called 3 times on a Sunday... I was under the understanding that Sunday was a day of rest.

It's Canadain Tire Bank.   I traced the number.  They call me 4 to 5 times a day and hang up

this is not Canadian Tire Bank its a scam as I just called Canaidain Tire and they said that is not a phone number that is associated with them

call from 905-896-7938 was a machine claiming Canadian Tire Which I was 2 days late last month but they did get paid and today paid what I owe which was 26.05 but now they want 403.00 to bring it up to good standing.  I do not understand what that is about this payment was not due until dec 12 so what gives. Right now I do not care if they  take it away this is not worth it and I do not owe them very much.  The calls just go over what anyone should have to put up with, this is harrassement and it is only a machine.  What is happening with any of these account we just paid it off last year completely and they are now harrassement me again.  Of course they will not talke to me but my husband.

I just got a call too. It was a courtesy call on my CT gas advantage card. My payment was overdue. At least they call so you don't fall behind on payments

Yes, to that, Less likely to use services after being treated like that. All automated asking personal questions, it sounded like phishing to me.

 This company calls everyday starting at 8.30 am .....I am  deaf and have repeadely told them this and asked they call when a hearing person is home and even give them the time that will be.....They call my house at LEAST 15 times per day....This should be considered harrassment and people should be able to charge them for doing so.....Why call a deaf person and yet not call when a hearing person is home....Best advice DONT get a Canadian Tire Mastercard because if u do you will also subject yourself to this harrassment.

This is a load of crap!!! According to our local law authorities (R.C.M.P) and telephone company, given the number of complaints they have received they too say it is a SCAM.  If by chance that you do have a Canadian Tire Card and owe money, best you be contacting the number on your monthly bill and NOT a 900 number.

We too, have been receiving numerous calls on a daily basis from this number. So fed up with the number of calls and no one on the other line, or when they do answer they claim to be Canadian Tire Master Card and when informing them that we do not have a card as such, they hang up.  I have contacted the R.C.M.P and our local telephone provider to lodge an official complaint and as they have received numerous complaints regarding the same matter, both are checking into the matter and warning residents of the scam.

For the interim, we no longer answer calls from this number.

This is a phishing call. I called the real Canadian Tire Bank. DO NOT GIVE INFORMATION

This number has been calling me. They say they are Canadian Tire Bank. I called the Canadian Tire number on the master card I have. There have not been any calls from Canadian Tire or any concerns with my account. This a Phishing call and NOT legitimate. Please do not give them any information. When they called the second time and I told them that I can called Canadian Tire. Canadian Tire reported they were a phishing company and they still tried to get information from me. They said they will continue to call me until my account is cleared up. The agent became rude and started screaming at me. I fortunately have the called blocked now but they are calling 4-5 times a day.
