I've had the same experience. They'll hang up on you -  but they won't stop calling. Maybe you have to go farther and set up a bogus appointment. I bet they ask for a credit card number before they commit.

Next time they call I'm going to tell them I have no  heating ducts but could they come and clean my dryer duct. I'm getting used to them hanging up on me - not sure why they bother to keep calling. Someone suggested that they are not actually an air duct cleaning company but they are actually trying to find out the size of your house and when you're not home so they can come by with a moving van and clean you out. I'm not sure if I believe that.

Here's a fun thing to do, since they won't stop calling - when they ask how many bedrooms your house has, say something outrageous like "27" - they have no idea how to respond and they'll hang up on you. It's still a waste of your time but more fun - and it took them more than a week to call me again.   I have reported them to CRTC but not confident that the calls will stop.

they call repeatedly, sometimes numerous times a week. i've had enough of it. we don't even have ducts.

Don't worry if you missed the call - they'll call again, and again, and again......even after you've told them not to. They claim to be an air duct cleaning company and they're extremely annoying. When you question them, they'll hang up on you, they've done it to me several times.

They've been calling me for weeks now - they call themselves "Air Duct Cleaning" and they keep calling me. I've told them not to, I've told them I don't have forced air heat so I have no need of their service. Today when they asked how many bedrooms I had I told them 35 and they hung up! But they have hung up on me before so I know they'll keep calling.

I played along with them and when they thougth I was interested they transferred me to a "senior supervisor" named Harry.  I complained about the calls and he hung up on me.  I suggest to take a few minutes and play along.  Maybe they will finally stop when they realize they are wasting there own time.
