"won a free eco prize" is a setup for scheduling a set-up high pressure sales demo of a vacuum cleaner.  They hope to sell a highly marked up unit and force you to get filters from them too.

This phone number may switch itself around to try to dodge internet-look-ups.

Constant calling despite ask to be removed. Once I did their survey they were pleasant and seemed to have some "green" purpose . They mentioned I'd be in a drawing for a prize. Then they call far too many times with no message. I called them back and "won a free eco prize" to be  delivered only at a with my husband and I. Once I told them we are on opposite schedules they said they'd call me in the morning to make sure I was home for the delivery. I agreed but then realized this was not a real situation. I called back only to , after much discussion find out they are trying to sell me something. They put themselves out there as just doing a survey, not selling me something-which I asked them from the beginning.
