Nancy is not the owner and nor is her husband, her son owns the company and he is the druggie. Get your facts right before you bash a couple of innocent people and call them druggies. The people your accusing are in their 70's for crap sakes.

I asked why they won't just leave me a message and that I am on a no-call list.  His answer was that they are calling from a cal center and are unable to leave msgs.  I simply said that I don't care what they are selling, I do not do business with businesses that won't use voicemail

Why is it that most of the folks who defend scam artists, oops, I mean "telemarketers" are illiterate and lacking even the basest of social and communication skills? (rhetorical question)

At any rate, this number just called us for the first time today and hung up.  After reviewing what's been said about PCA Security from this and other numbers reported by users on this site, I know the caliber of people who this "company" hires and have put them on our block list. It is obvious they are not a legitmate business if their employees would berate possible customers in such a manner.

I went to this place to get a job because they said you could make between 7 and 12 bucks an hour. They only give 7 and you only get 10 bucks an hour if you get 15 appts a week and work 40 hours which is hard to do since they send you home at lunch if you don't get an appt. They fire people daily and are totally shady. The script above is what is given to every employee and you get sheets of "leads" that contain business information for a certain county. They make you keep calling these leads until you sucker the deal out of 10 businesses. Hence the repeated calls. They also tell you to change your name if you get repeat leads. It was so so shady! File complaints, this place needs to be shut down!

Well do you get calls from this company over and over and over again?? This must be a really dead end company if they have to call several times a day and wont take no for an answer. If you get a call from them at your business ask them what you could do for them or offer them a deal. This is the phone call I got. As I said I am calling from PCA Security with monitoring by COPS and the reason for the call is that we have just opened another office in your area as a way of expanding our territory. In order to promote this office we are giving away 500 Security and or Camera Systems to Business Owners and Home Owners in the area, which I understand you are, is that correct??

     As I said we are giving these systems away, It is a system that we normally sell for 1,498.00 They SECURITY SYSTEM comes with door switches, motion detector, key pad, panic alarms to the fire ambulance and police, sirens the whole works.

     THE BASIC CAMERA SYSTEM comes with 1 camera and a monitor and includes installtion and a 5 year warranty. The camera package also has the ability to add more cameras inside or outside with night vision. We can also add a recording device that gives you the ability to FF or RW for 2-4 weeks as well as download to cd or memory stick. If you have high speed internet you can even remote view in live real time from home or anywhere else and see whats going on at your location.

     We also normally get 3-4 hundred dollars to install the security or camera system, HOWEVER that's also free on this promotion. The only thing that leaves you paying is the nonthly monitoring service. Your monitoring is just over a dollar a day at $34.00 a month. HOWEVER you will also receive a discount on our business or homeowners insurance for having it. Now I don't know what you are paying for your insurance but in most cases it leaves your real cost each month more like 24-26 a month instead or 34.

    Now Mr.Hummer what I would like to do is find a time that is convenient for you and your spouse. It takes 10-12 minutes for us to show you the system, show you how it would lay out in your home ot business and show you in writing that your only cost is the monthly charge of $34.00 per month.

    Then they pass the phone to another person in the room and they tell you that it 34.95 a month only for the security system and cameras are a different story!!!

I was on another line, so I couldn't see the caller ID (I never answer calls from unknown or out of area). Said he was calling about their security company opening in the area and offering 50 businesses "free" security cameras. I told him we had absolutely no interest and hung up. About an hour later, they called back from a different number (906-483-0696), I didn;t answer, 20 minutes later called again from the 906-483-0470 number.

Two phone calls on two successive days.  Told each caller to take my name off their list; I'm supposed to be on a no-call list!
