I found out the provider for this phone and asked them to investigate. I'm assuming they did and shut down the service to the phone because I haven't had a call from this number since. Has anyone else? About two weeks after this, however, I started getting the same kind of calls from a Chico, CA number. After about 4 calls I picked up the phone and told whoever was on the line that I was the person who had their last phone shut down and if they continued harassing me I would have this phone shut down, too. No calls since.

Supposedly it is an AT&T phone number. I contacted them and they are going to investigate.

We are receiving calls from this number:  907-306-3196 which seems like a cell phone to me.  These calls occur at all hours of the night and day.  We don't know this person and have no reason to receive calls from her.  Once she said it was a survey and asked for George Moore.  We hung up as we don't do phone surveys.  Nevertheless, this person continues to phone.
Yesterday we received messages at these times:  9:29a.m., 11:01a.m., 2:59p.m., 5:00p.m., 6:06p.m.  We have received them for a week now or more.

We have received no less than at least 50 phone calls from 907-306-3196 and the caller I.D. states Thomas, Claudia.  Whoever this is never leaves a message but continuously calls at all hours of the day and night.  I can only assume these are prank calls.

This number called my home phone 14 times in 5 days, never leaving a msg. I didn't answer because I don't know Claudia Thomas or the ph# associated with that name. There was a Claudia Thomas in Fbx, she died in Nov 2009, adding a bit to the 'creep out' factor of this caller.

Six phone calls from this number. Never leaves a message, but I do have minutes worth of talking and/or party sounds.

I had this caller too, but lucky my husband bought a phone with the blocking feature  on it, so when this person calls again it only rings once and the  calls stop i don't need to call the phone co. to get the blocking feature with is very convenient . BTW,,if you guys look for those kinda phones its a Panasonic. they have the feature on it just look at the boxes it tells you if they do or not , its like a 50 dollar phone.. And i don't have ACS or GCI, i have AT&T

Repeated calls from "wireless caller" daily for over 2 weeks. The machine recorded the "party" sounds twice and the "conversation" sounds once. There have heen a few dead-air type messages. Today the caller hung up before the announcement was finished 3 times. No messages.

I been getting this number every day 4 times a day what can we doto stop this and they don't talk when answered  

I have filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov website. I also asked ACS if anything can be done to turn off this number since when I called, the lady assisting me already knew what number I was talking about. To help in the meantime, To block this number, from calling you, dial *60, follow the instructions, it will probably say this feature is off when you first listen to the directions. After entering the phone number you want blocked, please wait for a long pause. Hit 3 button to activate the service. That will turn the service on and calls stop. You can use this feature for up to 12 numbers. There are very long pauses before the recorder tells you the next step, but don't hang up after entering the number wait for a long pause and she will ask if you want to turn on this service. That is when you will hit the 3 button. Good luck. I hope that the FAA or ACS can get this to stop. My concern as the area has had several breaks ins. I am only thinking, but what if this caller is stalking trying to find homes where the owners are not at home and keeping a schedule of when callers answer to try to find out someone's schedule or patterns. Terri, I had to call ACS during business hours and add the blocking feature to my phone plan.  It is $4/month but worth it if this moron can't call my house anymore.  Also ACS was very interested in this behavior and wanted to shut down the phone line due to harassment.  However it is not an ACS number.  If we can find out who the provided is we might be able to stop this.

I also have ACS and would like to learn how to block numbers if anyone knows.

This person is calling me repeatedly. I have had at least 6 calls in the last two days from this number.

Fed up with calls from this loser. No messages left but 7 calls in last 2 days. Called the number back. Sounds like its a cell phone. No message box set up. How convenient!

Has called my number 6-7 times since 11/9/13 at different times of the day. I do not have voicemail or answering machine and he/she only lets it ring 3-4 times before hanging up. I never answer the phone unless I recognize the caller. Caller ID says Wireless Caller but no name.

keeps calling, every day, several times a day...  i call the number back and it goes straight to a message stating that 'this number has not set up a voice mail system yet...'  I notice that this caller is bothering a lot of folks, why hasn't something been done about this caller? Is there something that can be done?

Receive multiple calls daily from this number on my husband's phone.  I never answer as the caller is unknown; the caller never leaves a message.  I also receive multiple calls daily on my FAX line, but no FAX ever comes through.  Extremely irritating.  Someone needs to investigate and stop this.  We have a right to privacy and peace in our lives.

This number has been calling my home 4-5 times a day for the past 3 days.  A woman asks for my husband. She won't leave a message or tell me what she needs.  Started calling at 7:00 a.m. this morning.

How did you block the number from calling?  I have ACS landline. This number has called my house over 6 times this week, ranging from 7 AM to 9 PM. Help please.

I've been getting repeated calls from this number (907-306-3196) for a couple of weeks... several times a day EVERY DAY. No message is ever left and when I answer, no one is there.

11/12/2013 called once today left no message. Called twice yesterday, again no message. Called on 11/8/2013 Message didn't completely play before hang up. Has called at least 6 different times and has not left a message. No message, No answer on  my end. Aggravating that they keep calling.

Im receiving phone calls from this # 306-3196 orientel wont talk but wont quit calling either.

Called 3 times.  Didn't answer twice and when I finally got to the phone I had nothing but silence on the other side.  Tried to call it back twice, once it rang but said the voice mail was not activated.  Second call back and straight to the non-activated voice mail.
