Exact same thing happened to me! He "Billy" called my company (in Chicago), asked to speak to my boss. When I asked him what this was regarding he said he was high up in the business and people know who he is, and that he didn't have time for this!

Do not speak with this guy. He is either not all together mentally or some kind of con. He researches as much as he can about you and then he'll contact you with some crazy ideas.

He somehow knew that I was searching for information about a recently deceased colleague. He knew the guy's name and everything.

called and knew all the names of the staff at my company and never got around to saying what he wanted. asked to have one of our staff call back and said he was leaving out of town so it was important to call soon. said he was related to Charlamagne and had all sorts of opinions on the music industry. left a message saying he was billy, but when i talked to him on the phone he said his name was william. but only after i asked. he seemed very creepy and a little nuts.

He called my company and asked to speak to my boss. When I asked what it was in regards to he started to scream at me and told me he was pretty high up in the business and didn't have time for this just screamed his number to me and hung up.

This person calls himself Billy. Has emailed me twice and called my home. I see that he is harrassing others as well. He needs to be investigated.

very similar call to me. when i questioned how he got my number and what he wanted from me, he went around in circles. I suspected he was some kind of idiot. I didn't call him back with this number.
