Got the same scam from 908-239-4722 saying i won from Best Buy. When I called the number, I got a message saying I reached the "rejection hotline"

The website looked sketchy so I didn't go there. Plus, the area code is from New Jersey and I'm in the Midwest. Turns out I'm not the only one...

Got text message on my cell saying I had won a thousand dollar gift card at Target with website given. Never fill out drawing cards and never give cell number, so didn't bite.

I received a message from this same number on 11-16-2012, stating I won a $1000.00 Target Card and to go to the website provided. Since I KNEW I didn't give Target my cellphone number, I came to this site to see if anyone else received this text hoax!. Needless to say, I received the text at 630 in the morning, so that irritated me as well!

I got the same text message. I went to Best Buy and clicked on their reward site to see if the website address matched up. It doesn't.

Received a bogus text message telling me I won a $1000 Best Buy Rewards Card. The text directed me to a false website that downloads a computer virus, my malware program stopped it.
