this guy calls me says he is with state farm and their is a claim against my dead daughter for a liability insurance, he goes on about how sorry he is for my loss and gives a case no. This was left on my answering machine. The number is 214-383-4363. He went by the name of Jack. My daughter is still living and the car has not even been on the road for months due to mechanical problems at a Toyota place. My daughter and I had just been texting.me so I knew it wasnt that recent of a wreck. I never heard of a co callling U right on the spot of a accident involving death so I am sure this is a scam...

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

THEY CALL EVERY DAY!!! How do I stop this? I'm pretty sure it's from someone trying to sell medical supplies to my 70 year old mother (or so they say). I'm pretty sure this number came up a couple weeks ago, they tried to get info from her but my mother couldn't understand the woman. My mother then handed the phone to me and I told the woman she wasn't interested. Since then this number has called every day, I pick up, they say nothing, then eventually one of us hangs up.
