I received a called from PAL. persistent and rude hang up on me when I was apologizing for not been able to help at this time. Told me no excuses for not supporting with $25 Where do they find these callers?!?!?!?

Huh... CID registered the caller's name as " Unavailable." My Call Blocker kicked the scumdog right off the line at that point without my phone ever ringing.
I call these types of calls scammer / phishing calls since real people have and use real names.

Called my business line. Lots of noise in the background. Refused to identify himself and who he was calling on behalf of and hung up.

Ditto. Caller advised PAL. Needed a money pledge of $25 dollars. Advise no money transition over the phone and home issues as a result of Sandy.

Claims to be calling for PAL. Sounds like a boiler room operation to me.
