This scum bag tried to scam me I am prior military and recognized this as a possible scam so I called the local sheriffs dept and they told me this is a scam then I called them back told them I was recording the call and so called officer Johnson hung up and now it goes straight to voicemail I called the FTC and my state attorney generals office . They said anyone receiving calls from these individuals should place a fraud alert on your credit report

"Michael Johnson" is also calling me.  My employee took the loan. So he is relentlessly calling me, looking for my employee.  It is the same Indian people with English names.  They say they are from Federal Investigation Services.  Which does not exist. What a bunch of scum bags.

This is a scam. They use information collected from fake payday loan sites. They do have your information, but can't do anything without your permission. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. Tell them you are reporting them to your local police. If they insist, have them send you the original debtor information they have, which any legitimate collection agency will do. I assure you, when they send you something it won't say anything more than they say on the phone. Creeps.

Hey, I also got a call from this guy, who when I called miraculously had a different name. Started out nice and said I owed from a payday loan company my husband hadn't paid back. All he really had was my phone number and kept lowering the payoff amount. He told me it was for one company but that they would not talk to me and didn't want to deal with me. Well, being the stubborn person that I am, I went to that company anyway and they told me that he had applied but been denied an account with them.
I called him back with some fire under my belt and he quickly said that it was another company and that he had only given me an example. I have now emailed those companies to see if they know what he is talking about...haven't heard back yet but I just did it. He told me he would see me in court and that all the information would be on the paperwork. You know, if I really do owe something, then please make me pay it. But if I don't, why steal from me? Thank goodness I didn't have any money to give him anyway. His threats seemed real until I caught him in his own lie.

I got a call from this number. They didn't leave a message. Don't know who this is either. Weird

This phone number called me and they must of brushed up on their skills because they used Michael but a man without thick accent.  I found this website right after they got $300 from me.  I've never been so mad.  The funds show up going to Keshav services.

I just got one of these messages as well. He said that he was from the "legal department" and that my name and sociall security number are on a list for fraudulant activity and if I don't call back I'll be in the "worse nightmare of my life." This is obviouly a scam. My question is who and how do we report it?

Up until a few weeks ago, I was getting calls at home, cell and even at work.  Michael Johnson and Phil Brown were the names used.  Lots of loud background noises when they called.  Always had foreign accents-Indian I believe.  Said I owed money and I had better pay!!  Every time they called, they threatened me with lawsuits, jail, and reporting me to my boss.  When I started asking them questions, they wouldn't tell me who they were or who I owed money to.  I reported them also.  Then today, I went to an old email address of mine, and there was an email from them.  They're using an Ohio attorney's logo and it was almost too funny to read.  The English was broken and lots of misspelled words!!!  No mention of a California office on this attorney's website, but they have this California #!!!!

I received the same message from a person "Michael Johnson" claiming to be an investigator for a legal firm. Please beware of this number!!!!

I WILL SEE HIM IN COURT..AND POSSIBLY GOTO JAIL.. ??   PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS CALLER.. HE IS A FOREIGN MAN..
