THIS NUMBER TOO: 888-493-8903!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My last employer called me to say that some one from law enforcement came by their office and was trying to serve me papers.  She gave me the phone number and some account number to refer to......

First call:  The lady answered "BMG (I FOUND OUT LATER THIS IS BERTRAND MANAGEMENT GROUP), whats your account number"..I interupted and asked what kind of company this was...she claimed to be a law firm and then the phone went dead.

Second call:  Some man named "Chris Smiley" answers "coorperate office" and says he is unsure as to who I was speaking with but he could assist me now.....He asked for the account number and then came up with some b***s*** about an outstanding debt on a checking account I had at wells fargo in 2000, amounting to $556.36 .  He then asked if  I wanted to settle this right now over the phone so to avoid any further court proceedings.  I said "no" and I would have to check my files to see what all this was  about because I KNOW I dont have any outstanding debts with wells fargo. "Chris Smiley" then wants to confirm the last four digets of my social security number (which he had correct) and my birthday....he recited the correct month and day but for some reason I am yet to understand didnt state the year; and so neither did I.  

Then the jack*** said I had unti 4:00pm that day to get back to him (this call took place at approx 2:45pm) or they would be filing with the court...

So, I look the number on line and this number too 888-493-8903 and find this is a scam.  Then I go to experian and the other two credit reporting agencies and put a security alert on my credit reports.  COME TO FIND OUT........READY FOR THIS BOYS AND GIRLS??
BERTRAND MANAGEMENT GROUP (BMG) DID A RECORDS REQUEST FOR MY CREDIT HISTORY JUST 10 DAYS BEFORE AND EXPERIAN GAVE THEM MY INFO!!!

Some Lady called twice Left a message to called back 909-212-5580 and caller ID showed 999-999-9999. Said she need to call back. I think this is a collection agent. But Does not leave any company name.

I also received a call from this number about being "served" a summons with a "doc." number.....called back to get an address of this company (which does NOT exists) and they would not give it to me....HUUUUMMMM  BEWARE!  The phone # of this "company" is 909-212-5580.....

Repetitive calls from this number and -0000 regarding litigation. Not a legitimate company.

A message was left on my home phone today by a female process server for the "plaintiff" Warren Gomez. She said that she was calling to confirm my address (which she had) so that I could be served. The message included my "docket" number and the phone number: 909-212-5580. This is the same number mentioned in another post. The caller said that if I didn't call back to confirm then it would be assumed that the address that she has is correct. I've never heard of Warren Gomez.
