Called they hang up. Caller I'd shows #909 259-5032. Stop calling me.

WTF? that call asking you to wait for customer assist to claim your selected lucky gift, so for taking your address, name and all THIS YOU MUST NEVER DO!  Please think smart... I have also recall for heard a message that invites you to press dials 1 for claim gift - 2 for talk with marketing support - 3 so whatever... It's another way YOU MUST NEVER DO, of course I mean when the call number is unknown to your personal.  

Et si vous êtes Québecois, peu importe la raison de l'appel, une compagnie se doit légalement de vous offrir un service en francais pour être authoriser a vous contacter d'elle-même alors si il n'y a pas aucune option disant (for service in french...) soit c'est des "tabarnak" qui veulent vous arnaquer soit qu'il sont hors des lois en vigueur donc RACCROCHEZ!!!

I didn't answer the phone, but caller ID said "ExchangeStudent"....then number 909-259-5564, so it sounds like they change the caller ID "name" to suit their needs!  For those of you who keep mentioning being on the DNC list, I'm convinced that with the present setup, it's useless.  However, for what it's worth, I saw a little "blurb" on tv news a few days ago that the FCC is actually going after the robocallers; we'll see what good that does!

This one presents as ExchangeStudent - kiss privacy goodbye, when retailers have no security or sell their data.

Got a hang-up call from these guys and got their number through *69.  On calling, there was a message claiming that they had called about a "foreign exchange student program," that they were a registered non-profit, and that they were therefore exempt from the no-call registry.  Even supposing all of this is true, which I don't suppose, a hang-up call is at best a nuisance, not a legitimate contact.  Am reporting them to both no-call registry (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2) and Federal Communications Commission (https://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm).

I have caller ID and do not answer calls that I don't recognize. All I do is hit talk then end immediately.  I get a call from this number every day

Yes, file a complaint online with the Do-Not-Call list directly, but better yet, also file an online complaint form directly with the FCC.  If they get enough complaints about a certain number, they will act on it!  Save the link for turning in other scammers and pass to your friends/contacts for use:

Caller ID read Exchnge Student (also with spelling error). I didn't answer.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Showed up as EXCHNGE STUDENT (spelling error included).

Stoped a Lowes yesterday 6/31/12 to pick up a few things, they asked me for my phone number in case I needed to return an item so I gave it to them. Got a call from this number today, b*****ds! Anouther for the block list.

Received my first call from this number. Did not answer, left no msg., but it took a while for them to hang up.

Received a call today.  Called ID shows Exchnge Student.  No message left.

I started a few months ago talking dirty to anyone who called our house unsolicited.   It seems to have cut down the calls quite a bit.

Yep. Exchange Student. They will do anything to try and get  you to pick up.

Got a call from "Exchange Student." I let the fax machine answer it.

Got a call n did not answer since I don't recognize the number...voice message about exchange students...just deleted.

Received a call from 909-259-5564 with Caller ID of "EXCHANGE STUDENT".  Sounded fishy to me so I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Voice recording call with a girl asking to support Exchange Students. It is a younger woman. I hung up without hearing the message. 909 numbers scare me.

I also got a call from 909-259-5564;  it listed itself on my caller ID as Exchange Student;  I did not answer the phone, and the "caller" did not leave a message.  This is the second call I've received from "exchange student".

Got this number and on the caller I.D. says Exchange Student. We don't answer numbers we don't know. And they didn't leave a message.
