They are a telemarketing company and they are nasty.  They said they are Public Appeal calling on behalf of California Police Youth Authority and that because they are a non-profit they are excluded from the Do Not Call list and can and will continue to tele-market us as much as they want.  Unbelievable that this isn't against the law as it's harassment.

a man called and right after i picked up, he said, "wrong #, have a nice day ma'am" and hung up. weird.

MY MOM SAID SHE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. A GUY ASKED FOR ME AND HE WAS VERY AGRESSIVE.

Called and left no message. I noted them and if hey call a second time that is deliberate. Then I'll block it.
