I also received a call from this number ( 909-264-9413 ) stating that I owed a large amount of money and if I did not pay they would serve me and garnish my wages if it went to court.

These people also go by FSM, ACS and Goldman and Associates. I asked her for debt validation and was refused.She threatened my husbands CDL, which was illegal for her to do so, since the debt is not his and is very old, and our state is not community property state.contact your state Attorney General and FTC.

I too received not one but two call at different phone numbers and was instructed by a man to call this number but he is getting smarter this time he gave me my case number and just said to call within 24 hours HE NEEDED TO RESCHEDUEL A TIME TO MEET AND GIVE ME A SUMMINS TO COURT. When I called I was routed to Jessica Ramos and she informed me that I had an outstanding pay day loan and ask me what my last name was. I said you called me you should know my last name if I Owe you a debt. she ignored me and went on to say that II owed 1,700.00 and that it needed to be  paid . I told her I was Contacting my lawyer I didn't believe the debt was Valid. She then told me I would Be Convicted of fraud if I didn't pay and then would owe a lump sum payment of 11,000.00 dollars I Two reported it to My local police dept. FBI and Federal Trade Commission . I just received a call from this number. First call was from a private number. Guy gave me a case number and told me to call (909) 264-9413 and ask for Jessica Romas. I called the number and a recording picked up then her. She asked me for the case number and told me I owed a large amount of money. I asked for documentation in the mail. She ignored me and said I will be summons tomorrow. Just be there to sign. So I called my local county and district court's. I gave them the case number and they told me that is not a normal case number and they have nothing on file. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!! FILE A POKICE REPORT WITH YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT ON THESE PEOPLE.

I just got one of these calls too, but it was a robotic sounding message.  Area code in LA, CA area. Guess I'll find out if someone knocks on my door.

Received a call from this number. They left a message saying if there was no return call within 24 hours. They would have papers to served to me or my employer.
