I use to work there so many people said we was a scam I looked onto it and PRIMARY SOLUTIONS IS A SCAM. I am gonna help everyone that waa wronged and taking advantage of to get their money back. They scammed me too. I am gonna give out names and of addresses of these black scam artists.

Actually they dont claim that they are federal agents, they just say agents.. just like there are customer service agents ....that your dumb for not asking more qstions

Omg I'm so glad I came in to this site and saw everyones comments and concerns.  I'm getting the same exact calls nd text messages. they scared me talking about I owe all this money and that Primary Solutions is handling my case 2014-15536...before this text message they called my job and left me a message with a CV number.  I had a very close friend look in to this for me and I also called around all the court houses around my area and they all told me that CV # wasn't even a valid number.  Thanks for all the good information posted here it is very helpful.

I have done just that, just kept calling them back over and over and they start screaming, yelling foul language. i also grab my daughter's recorder and it's real loud, they always call back pissed and i just laugh.

These idiots are criminals.  I filed a complaint with the attorney general and they are unable to locate them.  Regardless, you should all still file complaints with the AG.  If they get enough complaints they may try harder to find them.  I play games with them when they call/text so i don't let them drive me nuts but i definately am concerned to think how easily they could scare the elderly.  Bottom feeders, nothing more!

I got two calls within a week of each other from "Agent Carolyn Heith" leaving voice messages stating I am a person of interest and they need to hear from me or my attorney within 24 hours or they will forward to my county. Guess what they left two different numbers to call back. 678-671-2620 on one message, the other message was 678-601-5395. Agent Heith- why do you have two different phone numbers? Because it's a scam. I work for my County and I am still waiting after a week to hear something, then you call again a week later. Ha... nice try! Keep trying because I'm not answering, I don't owe anything.

@ Ts19 I agree with u 110%.... Its so fake... I also got a text from (619)348-5534... very unprofessional text did not give any name. Stating that he or she is appointed to serve me papers and asked if I would like them delivered to some address I don't even know but I am sure they think its mine. It also said please have proper ID and witness present who can provide a signature and if I don't replay they will take the documents to my employer....lol... Funny because I have no employer... I never heard of being text or notified of getting served papers... usually it just happens.

Who cares... obviously its a fraud if they are just giving info out to anyone with out making sure its the right person... Never in my life have I ever heard a Collector or any type of serious matters over the phone where they tell u you  the SS# without knowing its really u....... No Professional would just blurt that out.... My sister got a voice message on her answering machine from Agent Heath asking for me. What gave it away is that she just got her house phone on and its not even in her name.. Its in a name that has no links to me. I called off my cell phone blocked my number and asked for Agent heath and the man told me nobody works for that company by that name.. I replay with How can I get a message left on a answering machine from Agent heath claiming to work for Primary Solutions and she dose not work there. that makes no sense. I told him They left a message for ((Jane Doe))Example.   And he did not bother asking me if I was that person or what my SS# was. He just look the name up and gave me all the info, told me the whole SS# and try to say I was going to be sued if I did not pay... It was also for the same thing about a Pay Day Advance thing in 2009. By law they have to send u a written document in the mail with all the info of who u owe and who they are. They said they don't do that, by law that have to give u the court name and case number where they say they are sending your info to. But they wouldn't do that either. I have 6 different cell numbers that they call from. There address is fake.... Its a bunch of Bull Crap.... These people need to go down for what they are doing.  To everyone Avoid these people, its a scam!

My name is Ms. Black with the investigation department. You need to call me back asap or I will forward this to your local courthouse which is Nemaha and she couldn't even pronounce that. I have mixed children and I can say that I have never heard such uneducated black people in my life. I kept asking them to mail me the info they said that it was too late that this investigation needed to be handled today. when I asked what  her whole company was called..she said that was none of my business. I said well I am none of your business either...she hung up on me. so I called back and she said she was just calling Nemaha county now and that I should expect the police at my job any minute...um its been three hours now....

They called and left me a very muffled message, made sure to clearly state AGENT and UNDER INVESTIGATION in the message.  The number was a 205 area code which is B'ham, AL.  The number they asked me to call was one of their many GA numbers.  I looked up that number and came across this site, so I knew it was a scam.  A few weeks later, I get another 205 area code number on my cell and answer it, thinking it could be work related.  I spoke with an 'agent' and when she told me I was being investigated for a debt, I asked her about said debt.  It was for a PAYDAY loan they said I took out in 2008!  I have never taken out a payday loan, those are scams themselves!!!!  I told her that, and she proceeded to give me my full social security number which freaked me out.  I told them that they were harassing me and that I would not rest until I pursued them with every legal action that I could.  I was hung up on several times and I enjoyed calling back several time.  The last woman I spoke with, I told her that I would need a letter from them in 5 days to explain this supposed debt.  She said she would e-mail or fax it, I told her that legally for the debt to be proven to me, she had to send me the letter within 5 days or consider the issue done.  She hung up on me!!!  The people who take jobs like this deserve to be slapped by every person they have tried to scam!!!

i was called by a agent heath about a investigation from a accident my son had 2 years ago stating that there wanted a statement from him because of possible fraud. I called allstate and they said that they were and outside investigation firm in atlanta ga and that the claim was flagged for fraud.

I live in denmark south carolina and my account with ace cash got forwarded to primary solutions and a agent cj walker told me that i owed and it was not paid from 2009, i made a payment arrangement and i missed a payment about a month later and then they forward my file to and attorney in bamberg south carolina and i got a letter to pay the balance in full of 300$ more than they asked me to pay, or else they were going to sue and garnish my wages

They are also harassing me with phone calls and text messages. I have reported them to the FTC the credit bureaus and local law enforcement. There is a fraud alert on my credit also because they have my social. "Michael" text me last night wanting to serve me after I gave him a taste of his own medicine he said "don't take I personal when I serve u with a smile. I love my job" . I asked for written proof also and they claim they can't give it to me. That's the first rule of collections you have to give written notice ! These ppl are scammers and I am wondering if we can all sue them???

this number just called me and told me that have borrowed money from an internet payday cash in advance in 2007 which is not true the lady was being rude and read off a social security number and told me that they couldn't give me any information on to get a hold of anyone only the number that called and I am contacting my attorney to take care of this matter. This is totally a scam i never borrowed any money and they told me to contact agent walker and the lady that called said she was an law enforcement agent. Their company the lady called it was primary solutions. Hope everybody checks before giving out any of their information.

On 7/23 I received a call from someone I could barely understand because she was talking so fast. She referred to herself as "Agent Taylor" and gave me a phone number for myself or my attorney to call back within 24 hours in reference to a case number, claiming I was a "person of interest" and that if I didn't contact them, my case "might" be referred out to xxxx County. I called the number and had to ask several times of the person answering the phone what the name of the business was and if it was a debt collection agency. I never did get her to say the name of the business so that I could understand it, but she finally did admit to being a debt collection agency. There was no hold time to this call, and no standard recording "This is an attempt to collect a debt...". I told her after she verified that she was calling from a debt collection agency, that I wanted written proof of the debt sent to my address before further discussing it with her. To this she replied "We don't do that here...either you pay us, or we'll refer you out to your local county". I promptly hung up and filed a claim with the WDATCP about this...I happen to know that any debt collection agency has to validate a debt in writing when it is requested...and that they are not allowed to threaten you to get payment. Go figure too...I haven't heard from my "local county" or this creepy company since either. I also looked into the web site that is listed on earlier on this thread (by someone I believe probably works for them) http://www.aprimarygroup.com and the site listed on the BBB for them http://www.primarysolutionsassociates.com...you'll see they are distinctly the same and very poorly designed. The worst part of this for me, is knowing that while they didn't dupe me, they are probably doing this to many people and getting away with it. I filed a complaint with my local Consumer Protection agency, and I recommend everyone else does the same. This way we can hopefully prevent those less savvy people from being fraudulently scared out of their money.

Got the same phone call as everyone else from Agent D Barry claiming I owed from a payday loan in 2007. Never did I do a payday loan and I certainly am not about to pay for that. I placed a fraud alert on my social since he seemed to have all of my information. I told him to go ahead and send it to the county and if it is legit, I will fight it in court. Scammers need to get a job and quit trying to swindle people.

Please make sure this company does not harass me anymore , I am 76 years old and have no debts that they say I have . If they continue to harass me I will have them charged  by my attorney . As matter of fact , I may  have my attorney call them and just demand to know just why they are harassing a 76 year old elderly woman who has never used a pay day express or any other loan company they  are representing . Once my daughter stole my ss number and if she did do this debt , she died two years ago and i cannot be responsible  for her actions .  
I want them reported to the Better Bureau  for harassing the elderly with health problems .

I got a message left from with black female saying her name was agent waters and I was a primary on an investigation for a debt to someone and to call back in 24 hours.  I called back the number and she proceeded to tell me that there was a debt owend to a place back in 2008 and that she was taking it to the county court if I did not tell her what I was going to do about it.  I happened to have filed a police report in 2008 on stolen checks from a house I had up for sale and was not even in the county when they were taken.  She gave me a fax number after I pried it out of her and said to call her prior to faxing. Due to my terminal illness of having chronic brain damage and other medical issues I was barly even able to speak.  I fianlly got ahold of the police dept I filed the report with and they said monday they would pull it.  I called the number back and the black female answered the phone directly and I said what happened to the secratary and transfer and why was she answering the phone she said there was no secratary and it was just her.  I told her what the police deppart ment said and we then hung up.  Firstr off how does this person know of a ck situation I had to file with with the police department in 2008.  All I know is that from the rest of the day I had to full over several times because of crying so hard I waas not able to drive and that the chronic brain damage I have with the 24/7 massave headaces intensivifed to where I was having a hard time seeing.  I barley made it home after sitting in the library parking lot for almost an hour trying to pull myself together and was not able to get out of the car beause I was not able to walk.  that is a nonther part of this terminal illness.  several hours went by after me crying so hard and I lept to the front door.  I am dying and to have someone do this is beond forgiveness.  This person or person need to be stopped no matter what the cost.  I tell you If I wast to find this female or person and standing face to face, she would never forget it.  What this person is doing is beond forgiveness and may she burn in hell.,

Got the same message today as being a person of interest and had 24 hours to respond to the same number everyone else has listed. Already knew it was a scam as this happened to me a few months back and when i googled it, found it to be a scam. If someone is going to serve you, they dont call you, they just show up. there is no heads up warning.

The samething happened to  me.it was agent Taylor also.ive been sooo upset since they called.they kept with their story to.I'm pressing charges on them.they make me sick.

I've been receiving harassing phone calls from different numbers including the one above on payday loan that I never took out. These people are threatening me saying I will be prosecuted for fraud and will prosecute to the full extent of the law. They have all my information which scares me. I don't know what to do. I ask them several times for the original paperwork which I never received. I pay my bills along with my child support every month. I'm trying to build up my credit. It's very frustrating and these people scare me. Don't know what to do?
