I have similar experience with "Mr.Robert"
he went to my ex roomy's apartment and said they are on the risk to summon to the court if Me don't go there or have contacted.
im not sure his activity is all legally accepted.

This person calls himself Mr. Robert and fails to identify himself or the company he is working for. He is calling to collect a debt and since he couldn't find me he called my next door neighbor whom I don't know! He told her he was calling from the police department and asked her to go find me and screamed at her when she told him that she didn't know me. He told her she should know her neighbors and she felt it was a real emergency so she attempted to find me. She is an older lady in bad health! He disclosed the nature of my debt and requested money from her. She was very scared when she finally found me when I got home from work and was trembling as she told me what had happened.

I called back the "mr. robert" to no avail. He is not keeping debts confidential! Beware of this number!
