number 8558221345 julio resendiz saying he is working for wm group in orange ca, called and harassed my family saying he was looking for me for a subpoena, got crazy when i wouldnt give him my new phone number.  knew my social sec......anyone heard of this??

Someone called us from this number and tried to get information on one of our neighbors. Gave us this number to have him call them.

why can't the government shut these scammers down or do something to warn people?

This is an office phone number belongs to a guy named Julio Resendiz.  Working for Edison & Park Associates. Tried to collect debt using unethical practices.  Might be a scam! BEWARE!
