Just a very similar call. Same pattern and was a remodeling contractor call. Told the caller to get a real job for a change.

Thanks to all of you ... got a call from this number this morning, no message left, checked here, number now added to my blocked list.  Problem solved.

Telemarketers on autodialers that always say "I've talked to you some months ago" or "do you have any home projects".  I am growing weary of this.  

This phone number keeps calling me to remodel my home.  I am on the DNC list.  When I asked to be removed, they hang up.  I have reported this number twice to the DNC, but they keep calling.  I am so frustrated.

We get several calls a week from "Trabuco" always about "I've spoken to you before about projects at your home" and we have none and never have spoken to them..  We always tell the telemarketer that we are on a do not call list and wish to be removed but they persist --- every week.  Now when I see the name "Trabuco" on the phone I just let it ring and they never leave a voice message.

Spoke to David from Gold Remodeling Inc., who called me from this number.  He said he was calling back from last year, when I was "real nice." We had a recent flood, so I set an appt. with him to have someone come by and give an estimate.  I got the name of his company before hanging up, googled it and found it is a scam operation.  I tried calling the number back but got a "disconnected" message (less than 10 minutes after speaking to him calling from this number!).

Answered after 2 rings and just silence.

Called us 5 times and told them they were in violation of the "do not call list".  I've filled two complaints with https://www.donotcall.gov/

Sick of this constant interruption.  Once the party said that they talked to me 6 months ago.  Nope, I do not deal with any company over the phone unless I call them myself.  Now I don't answer the phone when my caller ID pops this number up.  I receive calls from this number at least four times a day, everyday.  When is someone going to do something about this??????  What is the purpose of reporting when nothing is done about it?

If these calls are legitimate (from telemarketers working for a REAL company) which I doublt very much, will you actually meet with these jokes and have the police stand by you waiting for their arrival?  They need to face the law, or at least leave a record for future prosecution.

We have been getting 2 or 3 calls A DAY from this number for several months at least and they always hang up when I answer. Nobody has ever said anything. Lately I just pick up the phone and am silent just like they are. They hang up just the same. Often I don't answer. But that doesn't slow down the unwanted calls. I googled the number and found that I am not alone. Ahh misery loves company!

These people calling from 949-319-9621 are relentless. I'm receiving multiple calls a day. When answered someone tells me they talked to me last year, I was real nice.... They wanted to know if I was ready to do the work on my home we had discussed. I have told them to stop call and take my name off their list. Calls are still coming in. No message is left if no one answers.

I've gotten the calls, too.  Here's what I'm going to do.  Play their game and tell them that you need lots of home repairs done.  I'll talk about painting, new deck, new patio, etc.  Nothing that will get the contractor inside my house.  I'll lead them on for several follow-up meetings, take up lots of their time and then cancel.  When I cancel, I will mention the hassle of the phone calls.
I'm not working right now so I have lots of time to mess with them.  Maybe I might even get a real phone number to call someone back.

Called again this morning....same spiel about me being so nice last year. The fact of the matter is I was less than cordial last time they called. This time it was "Bob White". Told them not to call me again....what a joke...they'll call me, no matter what I say! It came up on caller ID as a cell number.

Several annoying calls in the past few days,,, And we are not the only ones, obviously. The service company claims they can not do any thing about it. Surely they can trace and prosecute the wrongdoers?

I also have been getting calls from these construction liars. I have politely explained that I have a newborn and that the constant calls are walking her up, and begged in tears for them to stop calling and instead I now get called more frequently. I desperately want it to stop.

I receive calls from this number and several others all day, every day. Even on Sunday. They usually say that they are in the neighborhood and would like to stop by and see if there is anything that they can upgrade for you. I made the mistake of allowing two to show up. Interestingly, they were both Israelis with different business cards. They were nice enough, but it took me an hour just to get rid of them. I don't answer anymore. almost all of the calls are for "Home Improvement." About a year and half ago, I had home improvements done and had my home refinanced by my bank. Ever since then, I have had these calls. I have heard that ,after financing or refinancing, the banks will sell your number to contractors. I gave the bank my landline number, but not my Cel Phone, so all of the calls come in on my landline. My landline not only shows who's calling, but has a voice which tells you who is calling. I highly recommend that. I also recommend that you give your Cel phone number to no one that you don't trust.

Called today but didn't answer.  Came to this website to find out others are getting the call.  My called ID said "Cell phone" but clearly it is no one I know.  Most people that I know that call me from their "cell phone" call me directly on my cell phone, not my home number.

I think I answered this same call last week.  The person/caller assumed that I was the homeowner, and told me that he had spoken to my husband (called him by name) about a year ago about having some work done on our house (know for a fact that is a lie).  When I told him I never identified myself as the homeowner, and that we wouldn't be able to do business with him since the homeowner never had that discussion about home improvement with me, he hung up!!!  Guess what?!  I AM THE HOMEOWNER!  JOKE IS ON YOU!

Silence for 2/3 secs.  Then someone comes on phone and mispronounces my name . Then when I correct the pronunciation they hang up

I am also receiving multiple calls from this call forwarded number (that's what ATT told me) they will call using their own number, which is what I'm waiting for.  They are probably the worst I've encountered in my 61 years.  They will make a mistake and use their "home/business line" cause I saw it once and then my Panasonic phone died.  If I do, (see the real number again,
I will post it here for the rest of you.  17 calls in 2 days.  This is above and beyond an ordinary "Boiler Room" operation.  I know....I was in sales for 30 years.......

I have received calls from this number. No message. Call back says number not in service.

This so called Remodeling Center calls our home every other day. Numerous times we told them we were not interested, are on the DNCR but they continue to call.

This number called us so often. They're soliciting people. It's their thing to do. We have ID caller and we just don't pick the phone when they call.

I got another call today.  I have decided to schedule an appointment for "services" every time these clowns call but I will NEVER keep the appointment by either not being home or not answering the door.  Eventually, they will stop sending people out to my home and take me off their list.  Right?  The DNC list and my repeated requests to take me off their calling list do not seem to work.  I think it is about time for a taste of their own medicine.  The licensed contractor(s) they send out to bid jobs will get tired of wasting their time.  Problem solved.

I got a call today from this 949-319-9621 number the person was hard to understand so I hung up and called them back but a recording said the number had been disconnected or is no longer in service.

I'm sick and tired of getting calls from these people so I finally answered my phone today.  The guy said they're 'Mission Viejo Contractors Construction' Company and doing business in this area. I reported them on National Do Not Call Registry Complaint Website 3 times already and I'm not sure what good that does!!!
