HEATHER from ACCOUNT SERVICES, offering a "final notice" to reduce my credit card rate. Same people who have been calling my cell for more than one year. Calling number was apparently spoofed, as caller ID listed CONCENTRA HEALTH, a real company.

they called weekend and they hung up without answer the phone. However that is my cellphone and needs to stop calling.
I may have to report "do not call" sites. Its scam calls to be stop and its needs to be add new laws.

My Husband just rec'd a call on his cell from them as well. No message, and when he calls the number back it just rings busy.

Just received a call 15 minutes ago on my cell phone, hung up and filed complaint with FCC as well.

They called my cell. A recording said, "Hello, this is Heather with Credit Card Services about your account. There is no problem with your account--" At that point, I ended the call.
I used Google to look up Credit Card Services and found where the FTC had banned "Cardholder Services" from making robocalls to consumers. It sounds as if we all need to report these calls to FTC so that they can shut down Credit Card Services also.

PLEASE report these calls to the FCC website?.it only takes a few minutes, and they do follow up on them.
I've been called numerous from these creeps, they need to be stopped!

I rec'd a call that came up as concentra health on my caller ID-The recorded message said they could lower your credit card bills and press 1 for to speak to someone-The person said the company's name was "Credit Card Services" and couldn't give a phone number or address for the company. He said he was calling from Orlando Florida.When pressed for more info on the company and I said I was on the do not call list, he hung up. They previously called and I asked them to remove me from their calling list.-SCAM
