called number back sprint pcs phone number message box is full

Our number is for aircraft maintenance emergencies only. We received two automated calls from this number and when I attempted to discuss the situation with them, they hung up. When I called back and demanded they remove our emergency number from their calling list, they refused and started yelling.

Be WARNED... Fireside Bank uses harassment and bullies their customers.  We're 3 days late and received 10 calls yesterday alone, from 3 different numbers, including this one!

I guess I'm not the only one that gets Harassment from them and gets that many calls a day right after bill is due. They stop by your home and leave their card too!!! I will never get a loan again with them. I've had to hang up on them due to how they was speaking to me!! They call your family too!!!!

please train your personnel they act like 4th grade students

I have had fireside bank for almost 3 yrs now, ( more than half way paid off, thank GOD! )I have also received multiple calls from them from a " Restricted " number, they will constantly call 4 - 8 times in a row with in a 5 min period. Harassment is for sure!

yesterday i was called 10x from this number! fireside bank is ridiculous with the way they handle things. a couple days late and they treat you like some kind of deviant! luckily my loan is almost paid off and please believe firesidewill never get my businness again.

These people are ridiculous!!  They call non-stop even when you answer and say payment was sent.  They still call 20x a day!!  My kids answer and they leave messages with them-2 & 3 yr olds!!
Don't ever do business with them!!!!

Number calls spratically.. I called back.. and the person who answered hung up.  I have a loan through them.. but what kind of business is that?

Fireside Bank is a fraud.  I am going to seek a attorney.  They are trying to repo my car after 4.5 years of payments for being 3 days late.  The report incorrect information on my credit report.   DONT NOT USE FIRESIDE THRIFT BANK.

I get calls from Fireside the day a payment is due and the day after. They are very pushy and rude regardless of my assurances that I've put a check in the mail or used Moneygram. They always suggest I make a payment right then. It is very fishy because I've never missed a payment yet they treat me like I'm way behind. They ALWAYS try to get money right then over the phone. I just tell them I don't trust them and they'll have to wait for the check.

i have fire side bank, and they are the shitiest people on earth. they messed up on my payment date and call me over and over again. when i finnaly answer, its always some rude a***ole on the line.

I GOT 6 PHONE CALLS IN A ROW, WHEN I ANSWERED THEY HANG UP AND WHEN I CALLED BACK IT SAYS MAIL BOX IS FULL

We received a call from this number as well, the voicemail they left was incomplete only giving hte last four digits of Fireside banks valid toll free number.

Upon googling this number I decided to call it back each and everytime getting the voicemail of a Sprint PCS number until this last time of redialing hte number. A "lady" answered the phone and upon pushint to know who and what she wanted. She gave a name as "Tonya" from Fireside bank and that this was a call looking for a delinquent car payment, when in fact our payment is due today the 23rd of December and when confronted with this information changed her story to oh this is a "courtesy" call. I firly told her in the nine months that we have had our car loan with Fireside that we have never received a courtesy call from a mobile on a Sunday morning from Southern California

Have recieved over 30 calls in two days from that number 909-489-0643 and 714-381-1391 they do not leave messages and when I call back it states it is a sprint pcs cell phone and the mail box is full.  I do have fireside bank but am not defaulted on any payments nor do they have a reason to call me with out leaving a message.  I will be reporting them.

This is definitely Fireside Bank.  It may be an internal number since it does not appear on Google.  I was told that someone had given my number to the bank, and that is why they were calling.  However, this is the second event (not phone call) of this type, so I am filing a complaint under the Do Not Call act.

Now getting calls from this number.  I guess they changed from the 646 area code number.  These numbers may also be "spoofed".  Previous numbers 646-489-0643 and 954-565-0111. The 954 number I know for a fact was spoofed.

Fireside is actually a bank, I know cause I have an autoloan through them. You can google them to get a different number to call them back on.

fireside bank provides automobile loans, etc. this is their collection department, not an agency per se. They leave automated messages. It's legit, but annoying. If you do not have a loan with them, just let them know and they would probably stop calling the number. It must be a mistake.

Had the same thing as Mms but they seem to call at wierd times and all the time

Someone called from this number and had an automated voice message playing. They said "hi, this is fireside calling in regards to your account."
We called the number back there was no answer. The call was made from a Sprint PCS number and the voice mail was full. How frustrating. I wonder what they get out of disrupting our life and work?
