They have called my cell at least 4 times a day.

They call 5 or 6 times a day - I'm going to get a whistle and blow hard into the phone.  Every time they ring me I'll give them an ear full.

Called again. This time Acceptance Center is removed from caller ID and "303" and then phone numbers. Scam.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Called again 5/27/14 at 9:39 AM. Turned off answering machine, since call blocking on my phone is full.

No! And these jerks called again today at 9:30AM.

It is like a sales call saying are you having trouble with the IRS

Caller ID shows "Assistance Center".  Another phone # complaint website says this is the "You owe the IRS" scam. Same morons, different number!
