This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

Just got a call from 909-502-2341 stating they were returning my call about credit cards. I asked them who gave them my number and they hung up

"Tom" a middle eastern man called my wife stating that he could consolidate our bills and credit calls. All we would have to do is invest 10k into an account. This is the 4th time this person has called.

A middle-eastern woman called and said we had spoken recently regarding credit card debt and wanted to follow-up with our conversation. Since I had never spoken to her before I asked her the name of the company again and she hung up......
