many many hang up---i call back from ci # and operator says not a working #  i am on dncl---why does this get thhrough?

Had two missed calls today, both from this number.  Tried calling back and the call went nowhere, didn't ring or anything.  Caller ID displayed as "Debt Consultant" and I know I have not given my number out to this type of business and have my number on the dncl.  What part of "Do Not Call" do they not understand?

received a call from this number but they hung up before I call get to it... I call it back and did not reach anyone or place..

I don't have caller I.D. but I did check *69. I had 3 hang ups yesterday now I just got another. I checked  the reverse call and it came up Digital Services. Corona Ca.

Rang once then stopped

CID showed 'Out of Area'

Heavy breathing on the other end, then they hung up, but connection did not break.  They tried again seconds later and still the line stayed connected.  Then the flashing loud signal came on, indicating the call was disconnected.  Duration:  11 seconds.

Same as all of the above - without heavy breathing - received two calls yesterday and one this morning.  I submitted a report to the FTC via the California DOJ website.

Same as everyone else. They've called two days in a row. Rings once, shows up on caller ID and they give up. Haven't answered it.

(909) 502-9184 -  says cell phone on  CallerID.  Has called our home number at least 4 times in the past 2 days.  Hangs up after 2 rings.

Daily multiple calls in NJ. 1-1.5 rings, then disconnect.

same as many others. I'm in NJ, got this call last night and again today. Nobody there when you pick up.

Posted this on whocalledme also - received 2 calls yesterday, 1 today, caller ID states "Debt Consultant."  Filed a complaint with the FTC via the California Dept of Justice website.  

No answer, no messages, just dead air. Whatever is the point of this sort of phone phishing?  I've been on DNC forever.

Got a call from 909-502-9184, and when I answered they hung up. It's not nice to screw with the phones.

Same here, phone said CA Cell Phone as soon as I answered they hung up, tried calling back, I can't even get the phone to ring the number. it's called at 5:30 pm AZ
