They kept calling my cell phone with an automated message saying my car warranty was about to expire. This automated message would call at least once a day for several months. Whenever I would 'hit 1' to find out more information, it would connect me to a person. When I would ask who they were or that I wanted my number off of their list, they quickly hung up and the calls continued. Finally I got fed up and decided to mess with them and waste their time. The asked for the make and model of my car and I gave them a fake one and made up some mileage. I went through the whole process (about 5 minutes) acting like I was interested in buying. When they asked for an address, I made one up. They didn't have any way to verify it. When they asked for my credit card number, I told them that I wasn't comfortable giving that out to an unknown company and asked who they were. At that point they quickly hung up again. They called my cell phone one more time, with a different number showing up on the caller ID of course. This time I gave them a fake car that I didn't own. When they asked for the mileage, I told them I would need to check and put them on hold for 5 minutes. Surprisingly they stayed on. When they asked for my address, I put on my 2 year old son to talk to them. After about 2 minutes of that, they hung up. After all this, they must have marked my number to be removed from the list because the calls stopped. So take about 5 minutes of your time (if you can afford it on your cell phone minutes) and mess with them. Give them a false address, a fake car and a phoney credit card number. Once they figure out your messing with them, they'll remove your number and the calls will stop.

"Navalink" - 909-650-9107 - has called me several times.Message: The warranty you have on your car is about to expire..."

I'VE GOT SOME INFO. FOR ALL OF YOU!: When I tried to do a reverse phone find on them, the co. name is unavailable, but I found they're in San Bernadino, CA, and their phone carrier co. is Digitcom Services, Inc.

I called Digitcom and reported that Navalink seems to be breaking the law by calling people on the Do Not Call list. (There are too many online complaints for it to be a few honest mistakes.) I was transferred to Hugo (his direct line: 213-702-9900), who told me that Digitcom is already investigating Navalink and that if they find that Navalink is breaking the law, Digitcom will cancel their account.

Digitcom Services, Inc.: 310-358-7000. Hugo at Digitcom: 213-702-9900.
You can call Digitcom and get Navalink's ph. numbers blocked, so they can't call you. But be sure to tell Digitcom that you want ALL Navalink's ph. #'s blocked from calling. (They have 909-650-9100 through 909-650-9109.)

If you want to add your name to the list of complaintants for the investigation, call Hugo.

Today, I pressed 1 and told the guy I don't have a warranty on my car and it's illegal for them to call because we're on the Fed. Do Not Call list. He argued with me, and said the govt. is selling the list to companies like his. On top of it, he kept interrupting me and yelling over me.

The caller sounded like a little boy in distress or out of breath.  As soon as he said something about "The vehicle you are driving..." I hung up.

I receive atleast one call per day about my vehicle warranty - and it seems like it is always from a different number.  Today it was the 909-650-9107 phone number.  I pressed one to speak with someone as usual and was put through to "Karen".  Karen proceeded to ask me for my vehicle information and I told her I would just like to be removed from her call list.  She asked if I knew what she was trying to sell and I said it didn't matter, I didn't care what she was calling about and I would just like to be removed from her list.  She hung up on me.  I called the number back and of course I got the prerecorded message that all of their operators were busy.  I left a message telling Karen that we were "disconnected" and that I would like to be removed from the call list and that I do not want them calling my company any more.

I am so glad I found this page. I had a call from Navalink and I returned the call back and found out the same thing. I get calls on a daily bases from the car warranty and all sorts of other calls. It is crazy how many calls we get in one days time. I am seroiusly thinking about changing my number and becomeing unlisted.
Thanks!

They called me twice in one day.  Once when my computer was off, they called and hung up when my answering machine kicked in, then when my internet was on, they just hung up, my internet voicemail box showed their number and name with a 1 second call.  Funny, even with a no call blocker, they can get through.  With all the High Technology that we have, there is no way the Government or Telephone companies can keep up with these people.  Guess we'll have to do it the old fashioned way.  1: if you actually get a live caller on the other end, say this: " Hi, this is (then state your closest police department) how may I help you" it usually works, they don't want to mess around with law enforcement.  Hope this helps.

Constant calls re car warranty; I will never respond simply because of the harassment alone.

My inlaws keep getting called from this same number about their car's warranty. I am in the car business and sold them the car. The car was in excellent condition so we did not do any warranty at the sale. I tried to report the number but found out that, even though we are on the Colorado no call list, we are not on the National no call list. If you are not on the National no call list, follow the link(or cut and paste)and maybe the calls will stop. https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx

Dropped call - likely an autodialer.  When I called back, a message said "all operators are busy right now" and asked me to leave my name and number so they can call me back.  But then I called back again and it gave the message described above...

Calls about Car warranty. Ask to be removed from the list and they will hang up on you right away. Call back and get a recording saying to press 1 to be removed, does nothing.
