They call and when you press 1 and say you want them to stop calling they hang up, they will just call from a different phone # the next day. They call EVERY DAY!

tmcallerid facilitates crime against the elderly and disabled.

People who post here are bothered by calls.  
People who do not post here fall for the deals and get ripped off by the criminal gangs that tm caller id and  brings into our homes.

"Debt relief" and "card services" calls are advance fee frauds.  You pay them for a service they say they will provide. They take your money and disappear. end of story.  Thanks fred.  Thanks david nelson.

this is not a debt collection company, I have the feeling

they are running one of the old scams of soliciting certain

verbal responses from you, to record, and switch long

distance carriers on you, or a variation of it.

If you press 1, you get transfered to a person. Then they

ask if you "want info on debt relief" if you answer

anything other than yes, they hang up on you.

One time I said yes to see if they would connect me to the

company rep they were calling for, that way I could find

out the name of their calling service, as every time in the

past when I asked for who they are, they hung up on me.

Then they asked a series of other questions. And when it

came to the point they were supposed to get me to someone

to talk to, they hung up on me. I contacted my phone

company immediately, told them what happened, they noted it

on account and made sure no charges or changes would be

made to my account.

So I have filled 2 reports so far about them with the FCC.

I have started recording phone calls from them, havent

received on recently. But I always inform them that I am

recording this phone call and that they have been requested

multiple times to stop calling me and that I have and will

continue to file complaints with the FCC.

Actually had one of their reps say

"Well, I want to give a shout out to my homies. And the FCC

has nothing to do with us, you need to know what your

talking about fool." as well as a couple of other things

that I am not going to post here, but then of course he

hung up.

Who knows if I can figure out what company is doing this,

and they are viable enough to sue, I will start a class

action suit and 1088 Filed Via The

(update) I spoke with Fred and told him of the things that have been happening. He said he would get ahold of the company and tell them to stop calling us.

He said most likely this is a company from India etc.. and that the laws dont apply to them.

I also informed him that if this didnt stop I would be filling a class action law suit and naming him in that suit.

Okay, more information to get these guys. I just spoke with a company in Portland, Oregon. They are clients of Digitcom. They are called Telephone Management Corporation. I spoke with David who is apparently the expert at the company when it comes to Digitcom because when I asked about Digitcom, I was transferred to him. He explained they were clients of Digitcom and that it was a company that provided telephone service, like ATT. I said that helped a lot, thanked him, and hung up. Then I called the state attorney general's office in Oregon. They were extremely helpful. I spoke with Jim Davis who is in the consumer protection division. They are dying to catch these guys. Please call the Oregon State Attorney General's Office or go online and file a complaint. They want and need every bit of information you have. I personally think that this company, and not Digitcom, may be the ones responsible for all of this shady activity. It seems that they are buying their phone service from Digitcom. Or they completely lied. Either way, they will get investigated quickly and thoroughly if the AG gets enough info to proceed.

Also, I just spoke with the San Diego police. They said if you file a harassment complaint in your local jurisdiction, you can get your local police to teletype the complaint over to San Diego. The local police in San Diego could then follow through and conduct their own investigation into the above company. The substation that has jurisdiction over the address listed above for Digitcom is the Western Division and their phone number is 619-692-4800, hours M-F 8:30-4:30 Western time. Don't call them unless and until you have successfully filed a criminal report in your own jurisdiction because they will not otherwise have probable cause to assist. If we all begin to file harassment claims against them, I think San Diego will most definitely look into this company.

Please everybody do not complain to the BBB, you must file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission. You can do so on their website. You do not have to be listed on the Do Not Call Registry to file a complaint. The Federal Trade Commission has the power and authority to prosecute these people on violations of federal law. The Better Business Bureau is merely a voluntary coalition of local businesses. They can do absolutely nothing. In addition, please make complaints to both your own state's attorney as well as each state from which these people are apparently doing business. We have to make enough noise for somebody to begin a proper investigation. It can be done at both the federal and state levels and ideally both. You can contact the state attorney general's office through their website and also file complaints through the state's consumer affairs division.

These people are a new breed of slimy and I thought I had dealt with some scummy telemarketers/scammers before. We have got to stop them.

I have been getting the same calls, I'm in Florida.  I have only had this number two weeks and I have gotten up to 15 calls a day.  Im going nuts.

Same as the others - they call every day. They hang up if you hit one, if you hit 2 (their option to stop the calls) they still call WHAT CAN YOU DO TO MAKE IT STOP?!

They call and hang up OR when they talk, you have the option to OPT OUT - BUT if you OPT OUT, they will just call from a different phone # the next day.  We moved into our new house 2 months ago & they call EVERY DAY!
