was on phone and hung up to answer.  Never rang through.  They had already hung up.

Has called everyday for the last 3 days leaves no message.  Caller ID OMNI MKTG.  I'm on National Do Not Call List.

Caller ID says OMNI MKTG. Called at 3:08pm on 3/13/09.  I, also, am on do not call list. Was not home and did not answer.  No message was left.

This call came in from 909-691-9197, rang twice and hung up. No message or anything.............hummm...suspisious.

Just gt  call from 909.691.9197, a recording..asking if I wanted to take part in a survey..push 1.  I did so.  recording asked me if I was a left lening libeal, a moderate libreal or a hard right conservitive and then line went dead.  Take care. WM

When I answered, it was a recording about taking a survey. I hung up so I dont know what it was about.

well, i got a call from this number literally ten minutes ago. all i got was an automated voice saying something about a survey. all i can say is... DONT TAKE THE SURVEY! though even if i wanted to, i would hang up so... theres no point in that. my caller ID didnt say anything like OMNI MKTG. it just said cellular call.

3 rings, then hangup; Caller ID says "OMNI MKTG 909 691 9197

Got a call from 909-691-9197 and on the caller id it said OMNI MKTG. The phone rang twice and then hung up. Got a second call an hour later by the same number and all i could hear was like a man breathing hard. The second i said hello a second time they hung up. Ive been on the Do Not Call but they keep calling!

same thing happened to us   got 2 calls  a day apart  we are also on the do not call list  i have contacted telemarketercatcher.com   and filed a complaint   maybe if more did we could get rid of scum like this

Just got another call from 9096919197.. I was here to answer and did so ,hello twice,someone was on the line,could hear the breathing but no one said anything.. this is scary.. I am on Do Not Call and it has been updated..Caller I.D. said "Omni Mktg".. I hung up the phone and came here to check up on the number..There should be a way to stop these people.. If your going to call at least speak..

I have caller ID.  Phone rang twice and hungup.  No message was left. Got the information off my caller ID.  It said, OMNI MKTG  Date they caled was Feb. 16, 2009 at 11:01 am.  I also was also able to dial *69 on my phone to double check that this WAS the same number and it was.
I also reported it to the National Do Not Call List today.

A RECORDING STATED A "SURVEY" WAS BEING CONDUCTED,THEN IT HUNG UP.  SINCE THE CALLER ID GAVE THE # AS A CELL CALL I CALLED IT, & THEN IT OFFERED ME TO BE ON THE "DO-NOT-CALL-LIST"
