Trying to find out who owns this number.

3rd call today, they call at least once a day.  I answer and I get a woman's voice saying goodbye and hanging up.  This is happening in our office and is beyond offensive.  It started the day after my mother died a few weeks ago.  I've reported it to the state AG, but I doubt anything will happen.

Received a call from this number on a Sunday and no one was on the line.  Goggled it and found all of your comments which helped.  Thanks everyone.

The only way the government can stop the scams is for those of you who do receive this call report it to the proper authorities.

Got a call last night at 10:20pm from 909-759-9164.  No one on the line.

Is there anyone who I can call to catch these SOB's?

When I get the call it says "To place an outgoing call, press 4." I usually hang up right after that.
They call my house daily, and I typically don't pick up and turn off the machine so it doesn't pick up.

Wish I could find out where they are and start calling them back.

I'm sick & tired of this type of call.  To me it's a form of harassment and stalking which is an offense.  Why doesn't this tax payer dependent government help us, the people that pay their salary?  I am on the DNC list, BIG JOKE!

Call received multiple times a day for several days. Caller ID says SMALL BUSINESS.  Upon pick-up, female voice immediately says "Good Bye" and hangs up.  Very irritating!

They called my office line.  I called back.  You get an automated recording offering you to opt out of future promotions calls.  Its an auto dialer.  Anybody can buy one these days and frankly the DNC list is useless.  The major phone companies are w***es and the government is not effecient.  You cant expect an ineffecient organization to truly be able to fix this.  

They put the blame on the people who make the calls and should be stopping the w***es from selling phone number list to the highest bidder.

I missed this call and it went into voicemail....I looked the number up and found many blogs about this. I also received a call before this one from 205-759-9164 out of Alabama. I did pick up that call and the person just laughed and hung up. I looked up that number and it was noted also in the blogs.

I have been getting calls from this number several times a day for the last few weeks. I say hello and a woman's recorded voice says goodbye and disconnects.

I've gotten this call about 10 times, an average of twice a day for the last week. ID says SMALL BUSINESS and when I answer a female recorded voice says "Good Bye" and it hangs up.  I don't want to call them back because it may be one of those charge for each call scams.  What gives?

I have gotten this call twice. My fear is that they are using your simply picking up the phone as some "approval" to bill your charge card with some outrageous cost you didn't actually approve. WHERE is help when you really need it for things like this? And they say government shouldn't intervene in business; I WISH IT WOULD INTERVENE MORE! I want this call stopped!

I got the same call. It was very creepy.

Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID said Small Business.  I said hello, they said goodbye (a woman) and hung up.  STRANGE!
