I got a call from this number this morning, but I was busy working and didn't know the phone had rang.  I returned call at my lunch break and got a recording that the number was disconnected.  Very weird.  

I read in earlier posts from 2009 that someone tried to call back and got disconnected error message.  Seems strange that they can call out and we can't call them, all within a few hours.  

I'm glad to know that others have experienced this phone number.  I'm sorry to learn that everybody's been bothered, some more than others, by this number.  I generally do not answer phone calls of numbers I don't recognize.  I wonder if anybody has actually spoken to whoever has been calling?  No message was left, so I have no idea what the intent was.

I just "re" joined the do not call registry.  I believe I had placed my number on that list before, but I know it can expire.  I do recommend everybody do that.  It may not stop all the harassing calls, but it'll help.

I am getting calls from the (909)829-0373 phone number, but no messages are being left on my machine.

I have received calls from this number a few times.  Of course, they do not identify themselves.  I try to call it back, and it comes back to a number that has been disconnected.  Just how does my phone log register a number that has been disconnected?  I am so sick of cold callers!!!!!  If there is a way to get rid of this pest, please advise

20 March 2013 -- 12:15 pm -- Caller ID said "unknown".  Picked up and said hello.  Heard only grunts and groans.

Calls every day and doesn't leave a message.  Finally got someone on the phone and they claimed to be from Valley Home Center, a business that does kitchens, bathrooms, patios, etc.  It was very difficult to get this information from the caller and I doubt any of it is true.

I received a call yesterday and today.  They said they are National credit and they want to help me reduce my debt.  The person on the other end introduced himself as John Thompson (with a very foreign accent).  They asked me if I knew my credit had been checked.  I said it better not have been no one had permission to check it.  He went on to ask me about the debt I had. I told him I was not interested in anything he had to offer.  I told him to take my name off their call list.  Then I got another call today.  Again, the man identified himself as John Thompson.  I said you called yesterday and I said then I wasn't interested and not to call me again.  He said "Your not interested in what honey?"  That flew all over me becuase he isn't my husband nor even a friend.  He had no business calling me honey and I told him so.  He hung up on me.

I went to the do not call list to confirm that i have signed up for it & then on that same page there is a spot to file a complaint... i just did this yesterday because i keep getting these calls 2 or 3 times a day... It's really starting to make me mad...

These people call daily, never leaving a message in fact they hang up before the machine even answers.  What can be done about this?  I am so tired of all these people calling when we have no idea who they are or how they got our #.

answered phone and a gentleman asked for me. he then started asking me if I had any debt and how much. I told him i was not interested in consolidating. He then said "how do you know you are not interested" in a loud rude voice. I then said "dont raise your voice at me". He continued and I hung up On him.

I have received sevearl phone calls from this number on my cell.  when I called it back a recording comes on saying it is disconnected?????

I have also been getting the calls.  What is the deal?  Are they a legit debt collector?  Should I be worried at all?  I HATE getting calls from people I don't know.

I have been receiving calls from this number 909-829-0373.  I have answered a couple times - they say I have $5k in debt and want to help me consolidate.  I ask them how they know that?  They say I inquired - not true.  I ask them to take me off their call list and they just hang up.  I wonder if this number is affiliated in any way with +3526865693 that I also get calls from.  It's very frustrating.  I'm being harrassed by two different companies and I'm starting to get really angry about it.

OK these folks are slimy b*stards. Like everyone else i was getting calls 3-4 times per day. I finially humored them and answered. They identify themselves as National Credit. They want to help me pay off my credit card bills. Yeah right. I gave them a line of bull for a while just to have a little fun. When I asked them why they were displaying an invalid phone number under caller ID, the woman said that was normal because they are a call center from India calling the USA over the Internet. I said but you are displaying a phone number of a poor guy in Fontana, CA and therefore you are breaking USA law that requires you to display accurate caller ID information. At that point she decided to hang up on me. Keep in mind equipment exists that allows any caller to display any caller ID they want. This is called spoofing. Just blow a loud whistle after you answer and get a person on the line.

I have talked to these people they sound like all the same people. I think it is a scam

I got a call from this number at 9:10A.M.Jul 22,2009.He said my name and introduced himself as a credit bureau company.He had very broken English.He asked me something about if I had some kind of credit card.I couldn't understand what he said and I kept asking him to repeat it,finally he hung up.

This number is spoofed. Equipment exists that allows callers to display any number they wish. Caller ID is easy to spoof. The business version of caller ID cannot be blocked, cannot be spoofed and is used by government agencies as well. When you call back the number and get a disconnect message you just confirmed it is spoofed.
Demand they give you a call back number and don't proceed with the call.

I get this call and it usually display +1 in front of the number. This is another clue of an offshore telemarketer. They are accustomed to using country codes and the country code for the USA = +1

Calls at least 3 times a day, never leaves a messege. I won't answer the phone usless I know who it is because I get to many of these calls.

June 18th I answered the phone, Hello .Reply this is Brian Adams from so&so, I have information your paying more than 6 percent blau blau, I said excuse me who are you and where did you locate this private information, stutters and says its public knowledge, I asked where did you retrieve this public knowledge, He hung up. I immediately used caller ID called the #, It was a Disc connected number in 35 seconds. I think Brian Adams is a singer isn't he. HA HA but anyway I also have had a flood of unwanted calls like that, and re applied for "DO NOT CALL LIST" I guess you have to apply yearly or so these days,PS included my cell phone while I was at it.

I was called and told they had good news for me - they could help with my unsecured debt. I cut him off and asked who he was and what list he was using to call me. Thats how I got the information I have. But, he hung up whenI asked why he was calling my number registered with the do not call list.

I agree & someone keeps asking for me by my first name, for the last few weeks

I just tell them that I am already under contract with another debt management company and they usually just say "thank you" and hang up.
