Same thing, left message that said I was going to be issued a "summons to appear" and said my address (I guess to make it seem official). So, if someone actually has the gall to show up at my door when my door says "no soliciting" and a sticker on the window that says "beware, house protected by Smith and Wesson" then they should not be surprised to be looking down the barrel of a gun!

they say there is a summons that i need to be home to be able to have it given to me.Wanted to know the hours I will be home. The caller that gave me this number and my"case" number showed "restricted caller." now I am getting "unknown caller". Are these "summons" court ordered from a judge?

Got a "legal notification" call and to call back, tried later in day and got "out of office leave name and number" Call comes from California and I'm on east coast??
