I'm leaving you this message because we have talked before (LYING SCUMBAG).
I'm looking over your file (YOU CAN'T BE LIAR - THERE IS NO FILE)....and ...from...what...I..can...seeeeeee you qualify for an advance up to $1000 (Why would it be 'up to'? Why can't you give a definitive number? After all, you have my file right in front of you right? You should be able to give an exact number) at zero percent and no fees.
We've talked before (Still not convincing even the second time you have now lied) and for some reason at that time our debt reversal program maybe wasn't right (This scam will NEVER be 'right') but looks like you qualify (How can I? Based on what criteria? I have my own 'debt reversal plan' - it's called 'paying my bills) and this advance is absolutely available.
So anyways give me a call again (I never called at all ever before - how can I 'call again'?) at 866-260-6777 and I'll make sure your file gets priority (How? There is no file?)."

I have received 7 messages in the last week from this company with the same "This is Alan Webber with debt solutions...."  I was so annoyed I called to take my number off the list and was hung up on twice.  I am very annoyed and going to try to report this...

Same thing, except they call my office, where apparently someone else used to have that extension before I got the office a couple of months ago.
Terrible people!

The number for the compliance manager at the company is 503-226-4444.  If you leave him your number they are supposed to take you off their internal list.  After receiving many calls every single day from these scammers I hope it works.  I've gotten hung up on multiple times when I tried to talk to these people.

yea, im on the do not call list and they still call at 9am with that stupid message. i tried calling them back, but every time i ask them why they are calling me when im on the do not call list they hang up on me. i tried calling that number that "Being Harassed" supplied, heres what I got.

Him-"Blahblah from caller ID services, can I help you?"
Me-"Yea, are you guys with "Debt Solutions?"
Him-(Stuttering)"Umm, please hold sir."

*2 Minute wait*

Him-(The guy is out of breath for some reason) "Thank you for holding sir, can I help you?"
Me-"Yea, are you guys with "Debt Solutions?"
Him-"No we are not"
Me-"Oh, so thats not you calling me from that 909 number?"
Him-"Umm, I'll transfer you to our blahblah, hell know"
Me-"Alright then"

He transferred me, at which point I just got a voicemail.
This company acts very strange, and is pretty suspicious if you ask me.

I get atleast 4-6 calls per day from this number 909-842-8143 ... same thing  its a guy saying "we've spoken before and for some reason you didnt qualify but now you do ! " I have never spoken to this a** before and again like everyone else posting here , Ive called back and asked to be put on a do not call list , and everytime I get hung up on !!! What kind of professionals can they be that they instruct their employees to hang up on people ???

I dont know how else to stop this , its definitely harrasment . I have a baby and dont get much sleep as it is , and these people ring my phone just about every morning before 9 and wake both me & the baby up ! Anyone know how to report a scamming company like this and get some actual results ???

This horrible person called 8AM I work nights, told him to stop calling and take my number off his list. He was rude and acted like I had a previous conversation. These people should be called in the middle of the night so they can get back what they give.

recorded message, no option to press any number to be taken off list, when i waited to speak to someone they immediately hung up on me. they've been doing this everyday for the past 3 months or so.

I called the 503-226-4444 number, and got transferred to someone who actually was very polite and said he would take me off the list. He didnt seem affiliated with the Debt Solution co- he had to look up the number that had been calling us, and said they are a marketing company, and that it would take 24 hrs to be taken off the list. So we'll see, but I have high hopes now that I have actually spoken with someone and not have been hung up on again!  Thank goodness there seems to be a way to stop this, I know it must be illegal to hang up on someone when they want to be removed from a list.

This is the same number of the debt reduction scam, do not give them your info!!! When you ask to be removed from call list they hang up on you, if you call them back and ask for a manager or supervisor they hang up!! Very irritating...I also tried hitting the 9 key I had heard that will take you off call list but they continue to call.

Call and give an pre-recorded message that they can get rid of credit card debt and get $1000 today. This is a business and they keep calling.

I forgot to add that they are now calling themselves "Dynamic Assistance Group"

Now it's Victor Simmons telling me to call back at 866-203-9231.
No story about how he had 'my file' in front of him but still said I 'qualified' for a loan of '$1000'.
He did state that he could now help me with my 'excessive credit card balances'.
How would he know if I had excessive balances or not?
I really hate lying scumbags.

Same as all the above. Is there not anything we can do. I get phone calls from this meathead at least twice a day.

I too get these calls, and my new number is a day and a half old.  What I have not seen on here is the number of an agency to report this company to.  I will post again if I find such a number.

go to the ftc website and file a claim! the more people that file claims the quicker it will stop

Every day I receive a call from debt solution starting out with this stupid message from "John Stevens" telling me that I qualify based on our last conversation (there never was a conversation)  for their $1000 advance.  I can't even get a credit card so how am I going to qualify for this?  Every time I ask to be removed from their list or ask to speak to a supervisor I get hung up on.  Called the number back and get the disconnected buzzing sound in my ear.  How do I stop these calls?

It's fascinating that they are allegedly at 'work' at 5:18am to try and scam people on the east coast.

No edit option but on line 5 "The Phone number they call from is not the same as the number called from" I mean The Number on the Caller ID does not match the Phone number they give in the Automated message.

I've been getting these calls for a few months now. Just these last two months the calls have changed. Now I get them with different names on my Caller ID and a different phone number every other call but always the same old "Hi, this is XXXX from Citi debt services group at 866 203 9550. The Reason I'm calling is blah blah blah."
The Phone number they call from is not the same as the number called from. Caller ID seems totally pointless with them using different names and numbers. I can't tell if I have someone legit calling me or this scam company. My credit card is never late and has not had a late payment on it in over 3 years. I'm sure this scam company uses a random phone number generator to call its victims. I even get these phone calls on my cell phone and I don't give out my cell or home phone numbers online accept to a very few well trusted companies and b4 I post any info check pish filters and run a virus scan.
Slightly paranoid I know. But better safe then sorry considering my sister was a victim of one of these scams.
My main question now is how can I stop these calls? I can't just report them since the number and names are different on my caller ID every other time and this also stops my call blocker from being effective.

What can we do? This is just getting bad. I get at least 3 calls a day from this company. I have to unplug my phone at night just to get sleep.

they call everyday at least once a day.  tried to tell them take off calling list they hang up tried to ask for manager they hang up tried calling back phone just rings and disconnects  finally i got so fed up i started shooting my 22 rifle with blanks into the phone this made me feal better but still didnt stop the calls i think we should all just start shooting or blowing horns or whistle into the phones maybe when their ears start bleading they will stop calling

These people called me at 7:52 a.m. this morning.  I called them back to tell them to take me off there calling list and the lady hung up.  I called back and told the same lady you better not hang up again...I told her to take my number off the call list or I am turning them into FTC...she hung up again.  In the past, these same people have called up to 8 times a day....When is it to stop!

keep getting phone calls on home phone AND my cell phone! i never asked for these calls, and they are VERY annoying! i want them to stop already!

sounds like an ADVANCE FEE LOAN SCAM

basically they call and claim you have been approved for a loan. They then claim you have to secure it with several months payments upfront and have you WIRE the money to them promising you will receive the funds within 24 hours direct deposited into your bank account.   the loan never comes.  You call - they tell you that you have to wire MORE money.  And will keep asking for money as long as you are willing to send it to them.   Once you figure it out its a scam and demand a refund they disappear!

In order for the FTC to shut the scammers down - YOU HAVE TO REPORT THAT THEY ARE CALLING.  

You cannot rely on someone else - you have to do it.   2 complaints will not get any attention, 1000's of reports will.  SO IF YOU WANT THEM STOPPED - YOU HAVE TO REPORT THEM

This is the same phone call I keep getting for my client , who is 92 years old and does not owe anyone anything except for her monthly bills. But the phone number that calls her is 323-429-7512 and it is not a number that you can get through when calling. Please let me know how to stop these harrassing calls if anyone knows!
