this is a 3rd party calling to sell Dishnetwork.. Digitcom is the service provider for the company with this number and will not give me the clients info

The message said that my vehicle warranty has expired or is about to expire.
It also said this is the final message. I sure wish it was true.  They have called over 10 times this month.

This number is from an "auto warranty" company. It has called me numerous times in the past 3 years. I have talked to their reps and asked repeatedly to stop calling me. They even tried to sell me the warranty and I have no car. No one in their right mind would do business with this company. I would love to start a class action to sue them for harassment.

I got many calls from this number 909-842-8172 informing that I'm chosen for free TV for 3 months and free disknetwork. I press 9 to be in "do not call list" as instruction but they still keep calling back to me. This is my work phone and I don't know why telemarketer try on. How to get rid of it?

I just rec'd a call on my cell phone. It showed California and I thought it was a friend of mine. D*&N I shouldn't have answered, it was a recording.

I also recieved the call on my cell phone, and of course they did not leave a message. I called the number back from a blocked number & the recording gave the number below. If you want to opt out or be on there do not call list. (866-686-0441)

I got two calls on my cell phone, didn't pick up. When I called back, I heard a recording about buying a new satelite dish system.

What's happened here is that you all have signed up for some kind of service or offer - somewhere - and provided your phone number. Your phone number was then sold to this company to telemarket.

If you think back real hard you'll probably remember when you did it. Don't sit there and say you didn't, because somewhere out there someone provided your number.

My wifes 16 year old son thought it would be cute to sign up for "free ipod" offers all over the net and provide them with MY cell number.

I am curious has anyone who gets these phone calls had dealings with GMAC-"customer service" which is resourced in the Phillipines?  I've had a dramtic increase in calls and spam since I got my car loan with them and they got my phone number and email!

I called Digitcom and reported anonymously that their client, 310-599-5636 is in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, by 1) not removing my telephone number after I press their automatic do not call back option(#2) and by 2) not providing me with a copy oif their Do Not Call Policy, as required by the above listed law. Each additional call is subject to a $500,00 fine to me by this company.
You may consider giving Digitcom a call and informing their rep about this. This will serve as 1) part of your due diligence, [should you decide to pursue legal action to collect your $500.00 per offense fine] and 2) if enough people call in, it will will send the carrier a clear message from us consumers??don?t carry these scammers or it will come back at you?.
Today I also contacted EBSCO Industries, who was allegedly associated with this warranty company. The nice lady who answered said they were a bit overwhelmed with calls from angry consumers? EBSCO may or may not be related to the ?Warranty Processing Center?, but now, EBSCO, a telemarketing company, is using employee resources to answer the calls. Unfair, maybe, but we?re just doing our warranted follow up (pun intended).
Consider giving Digitcom a call and politely ask them to help you make their client, the ?Warranty Processing Center?, desist from calling your number. Make spend a dollar in wages by taking your call. Many calls = a good hit on their pockets. Silly of them not to listen.

Could this be a new form of terrorism?? I've been receiving these calls off and on for probably 3 months. I've answered a couple and it was "Anne" telling me that my auto warranty was about to expire. I hung up on her and now always check to see if it is a 909, 916, 626, 818, 978, or a 213 number. I never used to get these calls and now that I do, I usually get 2-3 per day. I talked to my Mom who has a phone in the same network and she doesn't know what I'm talking about - evidently they don't have her number. Wish they didn't have mine!

I've been checking on all these numbers I havn't answered in the last few days....this company has called me tons of times from different numbers.
Scam.The first time they called me was 6/11/08. They are mostly trying to sell car warranties, but sometimes they are 'giving' away TVs, or selling satallite service. I've never actually answered the calls so I wonder why they still call. Oh well.
