they have called my number several times, the times that I answer they do not respond, missed calls no message, try calling back and only get a busy signal. Am on the "Do not call list" still keep getting these calls.

I received an unsolicited call about lowering the interest on my credit card. When I asked what card it was for the person rattled off about 6 different companies (capital one, bank of america, chase, visa, mastercard). It was difficult to hear her, both a bad connection and a lot of background noise. When I asked for a number of the card they were refering to I got disconnected.
