My daughter received a phone call today from a "john Cruz" of GSS stationg he had "ega; documents to give to me.  when she stated I was NOT available and what kind of legal document he was able to give her a "case number" and the name Mr Drew Mathews and to call him at this number at McNaulty and Associates. And to cal immediately as he didn't want to to be jailed for "failure to appear".  when a call is placed to the number there of course is NO Dew Matthews or at the very least they could NOT produce him and I was connected to a VERY illiterate woman to was rude,. nasty etc and was trying to collect a debt that was greater that 15 years old.  These people need to be stopped.

I received an identical phone call. They then called my elderly father's phone number and spoke to my sister. They told her I was being summons to court and I did not receive the court papers. They said they are trying to collect on a debt. I do not have any debt. I would like to report this. Can someone assist me in how to report it?? Thank you!

They called my Mother at work!!! And used my maiden name which I changed 20 years ago. I have excellent credit so I'm sure this is a scam. The woman that called my mom said her name was Willima Green with Global support Services and told her I should call Drew Mathews... I'm going to call FTC.

Almost identical to FD above - woman who identified herself as "Jessica Andrews" who stated that she was a paralegal with McNulty and Associates, could not identify a Drew Matthews for me and stated that she was a paralegal.
When I told her I was contesting that any debt existed, she went on to say that she was going to write notes that I was refusing to pay. I explained that she was incorrect, I could not refuse to pay a debt that did not exist.
This is a scam. They also sought me out through my elderly mothers phone number.

This number has been attempting to contact me through  my deceased ex grandmother's number. When I called the number I only got a voice mail for Jessica Anderson. I did not leave a message and have not used that address or phone number in over 15 years. If there is any further action I should take please let me know.

So after a nice 10 minutes conversation with this number, you can rest assure this is just yet another scum bag low life craigslist debt collector.  Call started out very nice, although the person couldn't produce a "Drew Matthews", after she finally gave me the option to pay (after saying I couldn't pay) and I said I wanted their address, she went OFF on me!  Yelling, Threatening, and than once again saying "they don't want me to pay" so they can sue me.  From what I have found so far, They are using a real Investigation Companies Name in Canada, although I highly doubt they have any affiliation (I will call that company today and find out if this is how they practice)  http://www.mcnultyinvestigations.ca/  That is the company name they are using.  I am pretty certain they are using a VOIP phone line as that is what most traces yielded..  They are in HIGHLAND     CALIFORNIA     92346 and is provided by XO CALIFORNIA, INC.

I can't seem to find a physical address or name but that is normal for VOIP.  Hopefully people start reporting here and maybe we can get a physical address for these people.  Be very careful dealing with this people, since they will even call your supervisor and ask him to forge your name.

Just had this place call my work and want my work to sign papers for them in my name.  This is a direct violation of Debt practices...  I am going to call this "Drew Mathews" as soon as I get home.. Will report back!
