Well, curiosity got the better of me so I dialed *67 (to turn off my caller ID) and dialed the number. Like most of them, it was a disconnected number, so this is definitely a scammer's number.

New number. It got by Nomorobo and the block list, but not by my white list. Didn't leave a message. I suspect the scammers got a new number. CID said TANTRI, KAREANTH. Never heard of him/her.
