Can someone please help me and tell me what I can do about the phone calls from these collectors. I have a contract and I pay them on time and they still bother me. They always want more money and they charge outrageous fees. They always threaten me with court. They are loud,, rude and unprofessional. I don't know why Businesses use them, there are many collection agencies out there that are more professional.

got a call from this name. apparently they know my name. just left a message saying " Hello this message is for (my name) and this is Mercedees, I'll be here until 3.30". does anyone else had the same message? didnt call back though.
