If you *67 and call number it blocks your number when you call. When I called them its Glass Capital Debt Collectirs. Whoever that is?????

This number has tried to call 5x in the past 2 days. If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up. I am registered with donotcall.gov. I just tried to call that number; the phone rang, then played monotonous music like a keyboard repetition. No person came to the phone. What a low-life to keep pestering people!

Get calls about 4 times a week. When I answer, no one talks.

Receive calls from this number and the times that I DO answer, there is never any response on the line so I hang up...

I too received a call from same number. I googled number and it's location was Claremont. I have 2 quotes for you from another site:

"Level 3 is a VoIP telecom.
VoIP is commonly used by telemarketing and debt collection call centers, and also fraudulent telemarketers and overseas scammers, since it is cheap, and allows them to call through various numbers with various "US" area codes, getting around call blocking.
If caller id shows Level 3, then one of their clients didn't even set their caller id information.
It's probably a shady telemarketer or scammer.
Contact Level 3 directly to file complaints against their clients and report harassment from that phone number."
