This number has been calling me every day for the past 20 days. I called the number and asked them to stop call. We'll see if that works.

I've recieved 2 calls in the same day from 21st Century Legal Services. I now have asked them 5 times to take me off the list. Now 3 wks later I get a call again and tell them one more time they said it takes up to 7 business days to get me off the dialer. Which is a load of BS bc I work at a law firm for debt collections and #1 its illegal to call the same person 2 times in one day. Furthermore if they know it is the 5th time I requested tio be taken off I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Same scenario, calls constantly but never leaves a message. Today I answered. Her name was Sheila. She was with 21st Century Legal Services . They worked with the Federal Gov't offering reduced mortgage plans for the elderly. They assured me they could lower my $1200 a month mortgage. $372 for 4 months - then $295 a month with a 4% fixed rate for the next 30 years.
After a brief Q&A session (mostly on MY part) Sheila asked "so are you ready to close the deal." ?? Close the deal?? When I said "I don't sign anything until my brother-law-looks at it. He's a lawyer.
"CLICK" Sheila hung up.
I hit *69 - got the number and called them back. The new telemarketer said Sheila was busy but "she planned to call me back to speak with my brother-in-law".
No word since.
