I've been getting the same call from this person saying that his is an officer Jonh Smoth and that I'm being sued for a payday loan that I had. The scary thing was he transferred me to this other man and he read off all my personal information, bank account, social, where I work. Told me that I need to pay up the money or her was going to throw me in jail. So I asked for his badge number and court date and where they where located and kept yelling at me and told me he's gonna make me lose my job and I wont have a life anymore. Basically threading me and I told him I didn't want to speak with him until mi get my lawyer and told me it was no point that I will get arrested when I go to work and I will lose my case. I told him he was crazy for yell and that's not professional and he hung up on me. This has to be a scam but this man has all my information. How can I stop this?

also last week they called claiming they are with the Bureau of Crime Investigations and this week they are from United Nation. They cant even keep their stories straight.

they did the same thing to me, I ask them to mail me the documents and I will promptly respond but they got mad and started yelling at me. It is against the law to call the work number. For my luck I work at an attorney's office so I will have my attorney contact them. I know for sure I do not owe them the 5,000.00 they claim I do.

This guy calls saying he is an officer and im being investigated for a lawsuit. Then he transferes me to another guy who says he is an attourney and im being sued for a payday loan. I also had bad connection on phone. He was screaming vulger things at me threatening me. He got even more buligerant when I started asking for information. I asked if your an attourney give me your bar assosiation number, give me your address so I can send you documentation that you have wrong person. He gave me a fake bar association number then put someone else on the phone who gave another fake number. Then he said to me are you threatening me just because I wanted information. Officer Alex Johnson is the last person I spoke to. He was threatening me and then kept hanging up on me. When I called back I found out they use magic jack. I also found out they called my work several times.

This people called my work # and I as told that they were calling from the Bureau of Crime Investigations and it was officer John Smith, that they were going to arrest me, I requested their information and badge # to confirm that they were in fact who they claimed to be. The phone connection was very lousy and I told him and he went off on me saying "are you deaf, are you trying to run away from the situation"

He's been calling me for like a week ... to inform me that I owed a payday loan ... and he was from the United Nations legal department. I asked him did he know how stupid he sounded and he blew up on me ... began leaving threatening messages on my phone saying that he was going to get up promptly wednesday morning and file a judgement against me locally and send officers to pick me up, so I called him back. Told him that if he worked for the UN, then he knew where I was at so come get me ... haven't heard from him since.

This guy who sounds like he is from India keeps calling my work # and home and I told him he was a scammer and not to call me again.  He then called back twice in a row and the last time left me a message that he was officer Jerry Jones from a goverment agency and unless I called him back to set up arraingments for $4000.00 that officer Jerry Jones would come to arrest me at either my work or home and I would spend 6 months in jail and my license and SS# would be revoked for 9 mts.  I called the police and reported it and consumer fraud and the FCC to file a complaint.  It is a scam and they use scare tactics, I hope they catch these guys.
