tired of this number calling me....

apparently they can go through VoIP or something and mask the number they're calling from.  If you look up (probably) any area code, then put in "134-5678" as the last 7 digits, you'll more than likely see complaints on them.

Yes they've been calling my phone as well...I would never answer a number like that...so my advice to them is stop calling now you'll never get answer!!!!

number calls me twice daily. I never answer based on info seen at this web page and other equivalent web pages. Just the number with a pattern of 345678 makes me even suspicious to answer the call

First stating they have a case against them, the case number and an 866 number to call- None of which are legitimate.

I received a call from an African-American (sounding) lady named "Liz" who claimed the actress Betty White was filing a lawsuit against me,  yet stated there was a sealed envelope and it was confidential.

I messed with her a bit asking where she was in Kansas City but she hung up on me.

Fake, Fraudulent Law Firm.

They've been calling from local numbers (of victims) first (I assume using VOIP- Voice Over Internet Protocol), then referring them to an 866 number, they do this country-wide in the US, I gave you an example of what occurred when they call me- I'll reference a local area code number they used to call me.

I just now got a phone call from this number and when I said hello they hung up.....so of course, I googled it! Found this site and YES! thank goodness for internet!!!  thanks!

Someone keeps calling me from 910-134-5678 and asking for a female that I have never heard of nor has ever lived here. They have been told that my number has been the same for 40 years and no one else has had this number other than us. But we don't have a clue as to who the person is they are asking for. So they call and call everyday harrasing us wanting to speak to a Wylene and we don't know any person by that name. Strange and a real pain in the a**.... We are considering pressing charges of our on if only we could find out who they really are.

I just answered a phone call from 910-134-5678 because it calls here ALL THE TIME... It was "Franklin Moss Associates" regarding legal documents to be hand delivered to my house.  She wouldn't give me any info, and I told her I wouldn't be available. I asked where she was located & she claimed to be in Raleigh, NC, which is about an hour and a half away.  She said I had to call 888-434-2409 to reschedule or I could receive a Failure to Appear!  I called and while waiting for the answer googled and found all these scam reports!  So when the lady answered, I wouldn't give her any info.  Told her I was given the number but on Google it appears to be a scam.  She was annoyed with me then put me on hold when I wouldn't give her my last 4 digits of my SS # or my last name so she could "verify" my case file.  I waited a few minutes and then hung up.

this number called my ex husband and stated that I gave them the number for them to call... now my ex is threatening to sue me in civil court

This number called me too. I didn't have to to answer but when I called back it didn't went through. Who is it!?!

These People said that they sent me a letter in which i did not receive and since I did not respond back to the letter for a credit card that I had in 2002 they would be taking me to court.
