got robocall from 910-431-3415 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Friday 05-09-14 @ 1201 PM

Message was from David & the Infamous Scumbag "Account Services" wanting to lower my Interest on my credit card..........press 9 to talk to a......"So I pressed 9 and a female came on the line and started to ask if I was responding to lowering my Interest rate. I told her "yes I am M***.F***..and immediately started blowing my SCAMMER HORN in between telling her more expletives and more SCAMMER HORN until she hung up.

I just hung up on "Kelly the computer", but this time she was in North Carolina.  The calls have been coming from eight different states, and either say "card services", or "unknown".  I live in Central Florida and I've contacted a lawyer who has advertised that he's going after these people with a class action law suit.  I don't know if he'll go out of Florida, but for you that have really lost money as well as time, Morgan & Morgan are in the white business pages.  He's so popular he states that he doesn't need to pay the phone company for a large ad. I figure "you want to wake up a 77 yr old woman, at 8:00 in the am, when it takes me forever to finally fall asleep, then I might as well make their life just as miserable as the are with me, all hours of the day and evening.  These calls run the gamut from card/survey/non-profit/political/telemarketer, etc.  I usually just hang up and delete their call from my caller I.D., but I discovered that I hadn't done that to the phone I have in the bathroom (don't laugh - I'm old, medicated, and come with an attitude!)  I was able to give the attorney every number and state that was listed, along with the time/date right above the caller's I.d.  I'm hoping he'll finally put these creeps out of business, and poor "Kelly" will have to find a good corner of the block, throw down mattrice and offer curb service to make a living.

Two caller IDs for this one on my phone! 9104313415 is Lewi Micheal. However at the same moment another ID says "Customer Focus" at 8016562093. I wonder if the Lewi idiot forgot to hide is real phone number.

Pitch was delivered partially to voice mail. The "ad" was about the final chance to take part in the fiscal stimulus!

Only one number showed in my Digitone Call Blocker, & the number was blocked there.

Best thing to do is waste their time,  Tell them you have to get your card, let them wait several minutes, Give them a made up number,  4xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx, play dumb, say you need to find you glasses etc, then what I usually do is tell them some one is at the door, and you will be back in a minute, then just leave the phone off the hook until they hang up.  Sometimes I like to get into arguments with them, ask them for ID or proof etc, then challenge them on everything.  That can be a lot of fun.

This is a SCAM.  Got another call from same group. This is the same people that I reported couple of weeks ago of using heavy profanity when I questioned them, including wanting me to rub him, calling me w***e, fxxking bxxxh, etc.  Still calls me multiple times daily.  If I'm quick to answer the phone they are trying to reduce credit card rate. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling, I am on a Do Not Call List State and Federal and since they do not do their research, if they did, they would see I do not have a credit card.  This time they hung up on me. I tried to call back, says not a working number and they now have a caller ID name of Michael Lewis.  This is a SCAM.  This is telephone harassment.

I get a minimum of 2 calls per day from any number of phone numbers.  All with the same recorded message.  Two from this number today.  First at 11:20 am.  Second at 1:22 pm.  If everyone would make a complaint to the government's donotcall.com site for every single such calls, maybe the government would be forced to hear us and do something about it.  They just need the incentive.  Lets, everyone, give that to them.

3 days this week and maybe 20 calls. 5 hang ups 5 nothing there

Scammers theybcall many times . Creditcard lower payments press 1 today it went no customer service. Since they dont take no do not call me anymore as a hint. All i can do is tell them about tbn on tv and on the internet. But just a hang up call today.

We are wasting out time posting on this forum!!!!!!!! Nothing will happen just like listing your number on the Do-Not-Call list, N-O-T-H-I-N-G happens!!!  Who knows what their real number is as they are usually calling from a fake (SPOOF) number....  I get calls all the time from new numbers as the old ones I block on my phone. If the NSA can spy on all of us, why can't they stop these scammers.  I have a Call Blocking device I build that blocked this call and about 95% of these junk, illegal calls, and Scammers.  I blocked this one.

They are all having a field day for now BUT we know there is some clever person out there working on a way to tag and bag these luzers. It's just a matter of time and they will all feel the hammer fall. Until then I keep reporting them to the do not call list so when the hammer falls they suffer.

I have told these idiots about 15 times to take my name off their list as NO ONE in my house has a credit card. I asked them how they got my phone number and they won't tell me.. I finally had them call me today at a really bad time and they got cussed out. What can we do to stop these calls?

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

I got this call - phone ID said Wilmington NC, i didn't answer but next time they call i'm going to ask them for their information bec "we are putting together a class action lawsuit" for my lawfirm and will be needing whomever gave them personal phone information... You'll see how fast these jerks take you off their list!  it's adorable.

My call was from " Tom.". But I too miss " Rachel. " ( sniff)

A recording from " Tom, of Card Services" congratulating me on having  a good credit history and offerring me the chance to lower my credit card interest rate further. when I was connected to a customer representative I politely asked him to repeat the name of his company.  He hung up on me at that point.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card information, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

caller id "Lewi Michael". Called at 6:30PM. Hung up when answering machine picked up. It's a Cardservices scam?!?! This time from Michael? Oh no!! What happened to Rachel from Cardservices? Did she get fired for making illegal calls to people on the DNC list?

Idiots calling offering to lower my interest rates. I told them I only pay in cash. They cussed at me. As if I was the annoying one. Dim wits.

Caller ID showed that is number called @ 12:13 pm PDT.  The caller ID also showed "Lewi Michael" as the caller.  Left no message.

Not sure who this was or what they wanted. Tried to call the number back and got a recording saying the number was not in service.

They might be checking to see if yiur number is a valid one and they may call back at a later time.
