Call came from Kansas City, Kansas to my Kansas number @ 13:49 hours on 5-4-09, Call not answered and no message left. A poster on another site advised that it is a dating service.

These people called several times in one day and when my husband answered they would not answer. I finally answered and the woman said she was from the Make a Wish Foundation. I asked her not to call again.

I got this call too. No answer for a few minutes. Then a man call my name. Then he hang up.
I called this number. The machine voice said " Thank you for calling Discovercard .... If you want to talk to account manager ...  please press 1".  
I pressed 1. A female voice asked my account number.  I rejected it. Then she kept ask me other information. I rejected it. I told her what if I am FBI.  She said "Bye bye" and hang up.
It seems a fake Discovercard number. Do let it collect your information.

This number is for a dating service.  They call and act like they are someone that you should know and are expecting to hear from.  It's really annoying
