I got called today they asked if I knew a person, when I said no they said it would be noted in the indictment that I did not know the person and I would not be bothered again.

6/25/13 11:00 am - called at work from 913 232-2808 saying that papers were being filed today with State Attorney's office if I didn't return call. Person identified herself at Investigator Jessica Bailey.

I got the same call said I defaulted on a payday loan. Said I owe almost a thousand dollars and if I didnt pay that there would be five felony warrants out on me. They even called my family members. If anyone has any information please let me know!

Got the same fraudulent call. Claiming there would be a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay right then. Then after I called back was told I was harassing them. What a joke. Report this number to the police and don't givethem any info at all. Its a scam.

Fraudulent company claiming to be law firm "filing papers" against you if you don't call back and provide personal info/payment. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS AND SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE! DON'T TELL THEM ANYTHING! REPORTED TO FBI AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.
