They keep calling over and over, all times of the day and night...when will they go away?

I answered to this number and a computer started speaking to me in Spanish.  I wasn't prepared to be greeted in Spanish so I couldn't tell you what it said.  I pressed 0 to try and get hold of an operator. It then told me to press 1 to sign up for something or another and gave no other options.  I pressed 0 again and it hung up on me.  I then tried to phone back, but was told that the number is no longer in service.

Same as the others. I don't respond to people I don't know and especially if the leave no message. A nuisance for sure.  First call from them but have had others in the past who called many times.

Just got a call from this number - didn't pick it up because I didn't recognize the area code.  Looked it up and it's913-232-3671 and it's Kansas ?
I don't know anyone in Kansas

Both my husband and I received this call on our cells today about 90 minutes apart.  The recording was in Spanish.  I, too, called the number back and the operator said that it was a disconnect/not longer in service number.  I agree, why doesn't the FTC address this problem.

I got a call from this number as well at 1349, Pacific.  I didn't answer, hoping they'd leave a message since it was an unrecognized number.  I was unsure of the area code's location, so I googled it and found this site.  I just got my new phone/number about two weeks ago.  weird...

Got a call from this number at 10:23am PST.  I, too, live in San Diego.  Unfortunately I picked up and said hello.  I immediately heard a recorded message in Spanish, so I hung up.  Seeing how I just had my phone number ported from Verizon to AT&T, I think it's an auto-dialer looking for new active numbers on that carrier.  Damn them!

Just recived this call at 1312 in SD.  What cell phone company is everyone using?  I'm with AT&T.

Just got the same call pressed one and the lady said she didn't speak english she asked my name and said the company was tele"something" i couldn't make it out so i hung up.

I received a missed call from this number at 11:07am.  I, too, have a 619 area code.  Not knowing who it was, I called it back and heard the operator message saying the number was disconnected.  What is this all about?

...forgot to mention, I'm in San Diego too,,, who is this Kansas person!?!?!?

I called back from a land line within 10 minutes of receiving the call and the number's "disconnected or no longer in service".

I live in LBC, but my cell phone and family are from SD.  I just got a missed call at 1:35pm.  Glad I checked online before calling back. I actually have family in the Kansas City area...even asked my parents if they heard anything.

I got this call today at 1:40pm. I'm in San Diego too.  Didn't answer it and I'm glad I didn't.  What the hell is it and how'd they get my number?  I hope they don't call back.

Received same call, didnt answer though. I don't answer any calls I do not recognize. And I backwards searched it, and it says that it is from Kansas. I know no one there. So how the hell are these people getting our numbers anyways?

I received a call with a Spanish recorded message on it.  Figuring it was a wrong number I just hung up.  This is the 3rd time I've received a call from them this year.

Same here. I'm in San Diego, I noticed a missed call from (913)232367 on my cell phone. I called it back from my landline that's private and got a disconnected message. I think we need to call the FCC and give them a piece of our minds. We cannot allowed those people to annoy us like that, after all, we pay our phone bills, we should have a say so on who can call us. BTW, why are we so unprotected as customers and consumers? Where is our government?

Also in SD, got a spanish language recording at 1:10PM PDT.
