After the first call on Feb 11, I added the number to my "block caller" list on my cell. They called 4 hours later. Since then they have called 17 times!!!!

Keep getting a call from this number, as late as 8:30pm. I called back, the message said "thank you for calling the CBE Group". I Googled CBE Group, it's a collection agency.
