For about a week straight they would not leave me alone, always calling me while I was at work. I got my phone through virgin mobile and the numbers are used. First day I had this phone I got 20 telemarketer calls the first day.

They need to stop calling me. I don't owe any money to anyone.

This number calls me repeatedly every day and then hangs up if I answer.

This number calls and tries to sell solar energy.  constant call all day long.  How can I get them to stop?

This number calls a numerous amount of times a day daily and never leave a message. These calls are annoying especially when calls are received at 9 pm and on Sundays. They never say what they want they say no message.

This number appears to be a debt collector -- they continue to call my work number at least 3 to 4 times daily, (I am not the individual they are looking for), and hang up when I answer-- and I work for the Federal Government and it's a Federal Government line.  I will be filing a complaint with my local state attorney general.

I keep getting calls from the number 913-279-0799.  They call me at work constantly even though I've told them I can't receive personal calls at work.  I have filed a formal complain the the Texas State Attorney General's office.

I have also been getting two calls a day from this collections company, CBE Group; have not picked up when I see their Caller ID. I do not have any debts. I am on the Do Not Call list. I don't think it is legal for a collections company to randomly call people who might have a similar name of a person they are trying to collect from. Why should I or anyone else be subjected to that? I am going to file a written complaint on line form with our Attorney General's office and then call them back as a previous person suggested and get them to stop calling my number.

This is apparently a collection agency and called 4 times a day while I was away looking for someone else. They were asking for someone I had never heard of and continues to call after asking not to. Caller ID sometimes displays CBE Group and other times "No Data Sent" which is strange. They also call after 9:PM which I think is a violation.

I received a call from 913-279-0799 and when I answered "hello" they said something to the effect "this call may be recorded" and then asked if I was John ******. I told them "I do not want to be recorded" and they said "ok, thank you" and then hung up.

If you don't want to deal with such calls then anytime you get a call saying this call is being recorded or it may be recorded just tell them you don't want to be recorded or say you do not authorize being recorded. In most states you can not be legally recorded unless you are informed and give consent to the recording by either saying ok or just by continuing with the conversation. If they record you without your consent they are breaking the law.

This number belongs to the CBE Group and its a collection company. They have been calling my phone every day for the last week about three times a day. I finially called them back they were looking for someone who I have no idea who that person was they the person on the line verified my cell number and stated that she will remove my number from there call list. Hopefully everyone else can call and if it is not you they are looking for then you can also be removed from there list

Constantly calling cell phone, no messages left. I just ignore.
